I had a dreadful experience. The flora duvet set I bought was so rough. The instructions said cool wash before use. I did this and it still wasn’t soft and there were faded streaks across the set.
I contacted LL and they said if I kept it they would refund 20%. I declined as the product was sub standard and could not be used. They said I needed to return at my cost! I started that under consumer law they had to pay for return and they sent me a link to a prepaid return.
I tracked the return and the received it but no refund. I chased them and gave them details. They refunded but only partially!
I have had to chase 3 times for the remainder of the refund.
My experience was a dreadful product and inefficient and unprofessional customer service.

I received valance sheet and pillowcases duck egg blue very good quality and good price however the pillowcases are not the same shade as sheet unfortunately hence the 4 star overall good quality and price will buy again

Lovely curtains good quality well made slightly darker than the photo on website fantastic value

Received a previously opened set of towels with one piece missing, emailed them and got zero response

Received our cushions they are so good value for money I would certainly order from luxton in the future

Bought two sets of pillows from Luxton Living pillows arrived soiled and damp tried get in touch with the company which was very difficult l. No telephone answer nor answers to emails Eventually got reply "would you keep the pillows for a discount". Who would sleep on dirty, soiled pillows. Customer service non existent email after email no response. I would not buy from this company.

Quick delivery and quality of the towels is great. Would order from luxton living again 😊

The blanket that I ordered is of very nice quality for the price I paid. Goods arrived on time and the colour is exactly what I saw on their web site.

I order a king size duvet set in red tartan. They delivered it quickly, the only complaint I have is that they sent the wrong colour. I'll keep it it'll do, but would I order from these again because of this error - nope. Never again. Luckily I did not spend and don't want a fuss with sending it back. Just thought I would let other people know if they are going to consider ordering.

Bedding described as luxurious and sumptuous - feels like hessian, stitching is terrible.
Material had a large defect so contacted Luxton for a replacement…..completely ignored! Telephone number is an answerphone and again….messages completely ignored!
Trying to get a refund now via PayPal!
Suggest people AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased a weighted blanket as a Christmas present. Ordered around 19th December. It arrived in a couple of days - amidst the dramas of the Royal Mail strikes. My step daughter loves it. Good size to go comfortably on a double bed. Super soft and a lovely colour. Thank you

I placed an order sometime early December. It didn't arrive when expected so I contacted LL. The customer service got back to me very quickly and explained the delivery company was taking longer than expected. Unfortunately I think mine was one of the parcels that Evri (the delivery company) just forgot about over Christmas.
I contacted the company a couple more times, both times they got back promptly (same day or within 24 hours). And they said a few days ago they would send another weighted blanket out to me. It arrived yesterday on time and my girlfriend had the best night's sleep!
I just wanted to leave a review because I was a bit worried ordering from this company as I hadn't heard of them before, and then when it was late I thought the worst. But actually if you contact them they are very quick in getting back to you and the issue I had was the fault of a third party to begin, LL have been nothing but great and their product (from first impressions) is very high quality and very competitively priced. For anyone wondering I ordered the 11.3kg microfibre weighted blanket. Cheers LL!

I ordered the wrong item by mistake, i sent the item back and they exchanged it for me immediately without any hassle. I CAN RECCOMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE! They also have RAPID responses.

I've bought a Star Teddy Duvet Set King, Navy, when laying it out I have found that the red dye had run into a white star on the front turning them stars pink. This is supposed to be brand new. I have tried to ring them nobody there, I have tried emailing them, they not answer there email very poor customer service I would avoid this company's at all cost. All I want to do is get a refund or get a replacement.

We Ordered the newer snug and hugg king size duvet set, I must say the quality is amazing very warm weighty and snug.
As advised the delivery took up to 5 days which as it was free is perfect.
We are already looking to order other items due to the great quality offered.

I had the worst experience with Luxton living ! I returned an item and they didn't acknowledge the return, only when I sent the royal mail tracking did they then come up with the excuse that it was delivered to a neighbor. It took over two weeks to get a refund. It's definitely not HASSLE FREE RETURNS! You end up paying for your returns and they don't even care to let you know when they receive the parcel. I would never recommend them !
