Beautiful pink rug but left on doorstep in the rain,no text when being delivered and no ringing bell or knocking when in.Thank goodness packaged well.

Ordered a rug which was lovely but just too big for the room unfortunately.
I contacted the company to arrange a return and they replied promptly.
I sent the rug back and waited for the refund. Unfortunately this took some time, however as soon as I alerted the company the money was refunded immediately.
I would shop again with this company.

I was looking for a specific bamboo mattress topper. I came across luxton and found the exact one I was looking for. They had the best price by far and the size I needed - a lot of other retailers were out of stock. Delivery was very quick. No issues. Happy customer. Will be returning.

Customer service is shocking. I've been waiting two weeks for my order with no explanation except a link to royal mail that my parcel is with them.

If I could give a zero star I would. I'm still waiting for Luxton Living customer service to contact me regarding an item that was returned on 12th Sept..... almost 14 days down the line and nobody has had the common courtesy to get in touch and issue a refund. NOBODY answers the answerphone message. I have sent around 20 emails and messenger messages on Facebook and filled in numerous contact forms on the website. Still to no avail with any contact to try get my refund back from this company. Every penny counts at the moment for everyone and its abhorent that this company cannot sort such an easy issue.... I JUST WANT A REFUND FOR THE ITEM I RETURNED HOW DIFFICULT CAN THIS BE!!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

Excellent quality and great price. This throw is cosy, thick and warm. It’s much better than any high street brands I’ve come across for the same price. 100% recommend!

Received my duvet set very quickly, unfortunately it wasn't quite what I wanted. I found the best way to communicate with them was by using the "submit form" on their website with a fast response. As soon as they received it back my money was in my account. Thank you Luxton Living.

Bought a super king mattress topper, I initially had an issue with it however Luxton were superb, very understanding and resolved the problem immediately, great customer service, would highly recommend them.
