I only received a partial refund
I only received a partial refund. It was for the cost of the out of stock rug but not the postage.
I sent 3 emails but did not get a response.
It was disappointing enough that my order was acknowledged and processed, then informed the item was out of stock.
Why no refund of the postage amount. Not happy.

Daylight robbery
Ordered a rug. Order was accepted and payment taken. The next day I received an email saying this had been partially refunded due to the item being unavailable. I say partially, as I was not refunded the postage amount. I cannot understand how I can be charged postage when nothing was ever posted. I am left out of pocket, whilst Luxton Living gain £3.95 for nothing!! Tried communicating via email, but I have not had a reply.

You are completely correct. If the item was not dispatched, the postage should also have been refunded. This was a technical error on our side, and we sincerely apologise. The rug you ordered was unfortunately out of stock, which is why the item refund was processed, and we have now refunded the shipping cost as well.

Orders always cancelled but still awaiting refund
Everytime I order next day my purchase is refunded. Money was taken a week ago and I'm still waiting on refund. I ordered a rug it was refunded next day as out of stock so I chose another and ordered, next day same thing happened order cancelled and refunded still waiting on both refunds and that was a week ago

No contact, No goods
Placed an order January 4th, still in processing 14 days laters. no communication, no item received, there's no response through any of the contact sections. Will have to refund through my bank.
Avoid this company if you don't want the hassle of getting your money back.

poor quality and customer service does not seem to exist as I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks to arange a return so I could be refunded.

Very poor customer service
I ordered 2 rugs in October and only received 1 I have been emailing this company since then and at first was told they would send a replacement which never came I have sent over 10 more emails asking for a refund since then and get nothing but lies or no response their customer service is disgraceful .
