I have had a great experience ordering from Live in Faith. Their products fit true to size, their high quality and I always receive compliments. Their customer service is prompt and very kind. I will be ordering again!

I ordered several shirts from Love in Faith and had an issue with inconsistent sizing. Two shirts were tagged as size large but fit noticeably smaller than the other large shirts in my orders, making them unwearable for me.

My frustration is mainly with the customer service response. I explained more than once that this was not a normal return/exchange situation, and that I was not simply unhappy with my purchase or asking to return an item because I changed my mind. The issue was that the shirts were labeled as the correct size but did not fit consistently with the other shirts in the same size.

Rather than owning the issue as a sizing or quality-control problem, the responses I received repeatedly treated it as a customer return issue and referred back to their final sale policy. At one point, their response even mentioned trouble booking a return through their portal, which was never the issue I contacted them about.

A store credit was eventually offered, which I do appreciate. However, it was only offered after I had to repeatedly push back and explain that the problem was not customer preference, but inconsistent sizing/quality control.

Because of the way this was handled, I would be hesitant to order from or recommend Love in Faith in the future.

UPDATE: The offered store credit has not been received. I definitely will not be doing business with this company again and would not recommend them after reading other recent reviews.

I reached out to GLO to change my shipping address shortly after placing an order. I received a response from Alex in the very same minute. It took about 90 seconds to get everything done. Absolutely outstanding service. Quality of products is top-notch and my friends who ordered from them are very pleased. They’re the definition of excellent service from a small business!

My experience with them was great. My order arrived on schedule. I had an issue with one of the shirts I ordered. I emailed them. They responded promptly to the issue. They were kind enough to make the issue right. The shirts are very soft and I have enjoyed them. I would business with them again.

Honestly probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. They were super unhelpful when I reached out and let them know I never received my package multiple times I was told to wait and continue waiting so I did, they told me check my surrounding areas after the tracking number showed me it had been delivered to 7HOURS from me. I reached out to the delivery person who as well were zero help. They added a photo of the package where it supposedly got delivered which was not my house. I have been dealing with these people for a week now and have gotten absolutely nowhere. So I give up I’m extremely frustrated and honestly disappointed seeing as I paid good money for them and now have nothing to show for it plus I was excited for some new shirts will not be buying again and would not recommend terrible experience!!!

Customer service was fantastic! After I never received my order, they promptly set up a replacement and I received it right away! I’m very impressed.

I love this company and their products. I have several t-shirts and sweatshirts. I always get compliments when I wear them. If I ever have a problem they take care of it immediately.

I have placed several orders. The first one felt like it took forever. The shirts were so great I would have happily waited longer. Now my orders come nearly as quick as Amazon. I have only had an issue with 1 of many orders and the response was shockingly quick. I was blown anyway by how amazing the whole situation was handled. I was already a huge fan of this company and this confirmed how wonderful they really are.

They answered and solved my issue promptly. I am very impressed.

This is the only company we get our christian attire from because it's a fabulous christian company with excellent customer service. The clothes are made extremely well and we feel very comfortable wearing them. Please order something for yourself, family and friends - you will not be disappointed! Love their accessories, too! I have been ordering from Love in Faith for at least a couple years now, and I have never had a bad experience! The quality of the shirts is amazing, their prices are great, and the shipping is always fast. There have only been a few times I've needed to return or exchange, and that process is just as easy and quick as the ordering is!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I have never been disappointed in anything I've purchased from them!

The customer service team is very friendly and helpful and they respond quickly and efficiently. I will be recommending this product to my friends and family.

I love ordering from this company. I love all the items I have ordered from them. I have over 30 tee shirts that I have ordered and love them all. They are good quality and fit perfectly. I get so many compliments when I wear them. The customer service is excellent. I am sad that sometimes their name gets used by scammers and people think they are ordering from this company and get scammed by someone else. Then people write ugly comments about Love In Faith. I have never had any issues with them. I will continue to order from them and have shared their website with friends. Highly recommend.
