Love this company! Apparel is awesome and their customer service is amazing! Such a blessing this company is!

I love ordering from this company. I love all the items I have ordered from them. I have over 30 tee shirts that I have ordered and love them all. They are good quality and fit perfectly. I get so many compliments when I wear them. The customer service is excellent. I am sad that sometimes their name gets used by scammers and people think they are ordering from this company and get scammed by someone else. Then people write ugly comments about Love In Faith. I have never had any issues with them. I will continue to order from them and have shared their website with friends. Highly recommend.

I ordered a size up thinking it would fit perfectly, boy was I wrong. The hoodies run regular size. I reached out and was able to exchange using the prepaid label. Customer Service is very helpful and responds back quickly (with in an hour). It’s only been a few days but waiting patiently to wear my hoodie!

Mok op 8 juni voor vaderdag besteld met priority (moest ik extra voor betalen) nog steeds niks ontvangen. Drama. Ik heb ook geen bevestiging per mail dus ik kan ook niets opzoeken via track&trace. Wel heb ik een bewijs van betaling. Niet alleen een hele dure mok, maar ook nog eens veel frustratie. Hopelijk wordt het nog per priority voor vaderdag geleverd. Mijn advies niet bestellen op deze website

I received an answer within an hour. The exchange / return form was easy and quick to answer. Great experience.

Customer service has not helped. Contacted them at least 4 times, and again today. Tried to make changes to order, and they added a whole new order. Requested to cancel all orders and they are still charging and shipping.

Shipping was great, products are amazing great quality material. I’ve purchased 4 hoodies so far, an issue with lettering on a single letter with a hoodie reached out and within the day they contacted me back and resolved the issue. Overall very solid faith based company with excellent products and integrity. You have a Lifetime customer.

I have ordered many times from Love in Faith. The T-Shirts are high quality, very meaningful and inspired. They show what I feel and express when I wear them. I get a lot of compliments from people. Just ordered 3 more. Customer service is great and deliver is fast.

I’ve ordered multiple times from Love&Faith and have always liked the products. Customer service is great. They get back to you right away. Communication is good, they respond to every email and every question. I have tried other companies in past but came back to Love&Faith. I highly recommend them.

I've been wanting to get some of these shirts, and when there was a sale, I took the plunge and bought some. My order arrived quickly and I am so happy with the sizing and quality! I LOVE my shirts and the one sweatshirt I ordered is so soft and comfy I want to snuggle in it all the time!

I am a VERY pleased customer, and will DEFINITELY return when I need more shirts and sweatshirts!!!

I ordered a shirt and it was never fulfilled after 9 days. Thus I asked for a refund. and Im not sure I want to keep my membership.

The sizing is inconsistent! XL sweatshirts are snug. Normally wear XL and very roomy. Ordered 2x and way too long. I am going to donate to thrift store. I don’t like their return policies. Will consider buying elsewhere. They’ve lost my business.

An absolutely amazing company! I have ordered shirts, stickers, and prayer post cards. My most recent purchase was a bundle and save they have going on where you get a shirt, towel, and water bottle. I was able to pick from many options, it was so hard to pick because they have so many beautiful options! The shirt I picked is such a beautiful color and meaningful scripture! Not only is the shirt so soft, but so is the towel! I love my bottle, but has a minor issue and they responded quicker than I expected and were able to remedy the problem! I will continue to use this company with their amazing products and customer service 🙌 thank you!

I really don’t want to write this because I was hoping to get my merchandise. But here I am a month after ordering 4 Tshirts with no merchandise and now they say they were delivered to my address but I have not received them. Customer service and communication from the seller leaves much to be desired. So buyer beware !!!!!! Quick update they promised to get back to me in 2 to 3 days as of right now (6 days later)
no information on my order.

I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered three shirts. One being a 3X. Instead of a 3X they shipped a Small. No i did not make a mistake in ordering. I replied to them to let them know I received wrong size they showed me a printed order showing a small not a 3X. It said Low in stock so im sure it was out and they just pushed another shirt in there. I ask if they could send me a shipping label and they going to charge me for it. They going to charge me a restock fee plus any applicable taxes. Forget that. I will wash my car with it and will never order from them again. And in the future will screenshot all online transactions.

I inadvertently had my old address for the shipping address. As soon as I realized it I sent am email to Love and Faith. They responded in about 5 to 10 minutes with the correct address aired fixed. I've been dealing with Love and Faith for many years and have never been disappointed. Also, my last order came rather fast.

I have purchased from this company many times. Their items are great quality, soft and last. During my last order I received an incorrect item. I reached out to customer service, received a prompt response, and when I verified the information they needed, they sent me the correct order immediately. They even told me to gift the incorrect item to someone to share the love of Christ!
