I was checking to see what the shipping cost was before adding my discount and placing my order. However, my order ended up going through. I immediately sent an email to cancel my order but they responded a few days later saying they couldn’t cancel my order. There is no way to contact them by phone. I was a loyal customer but I will no longer be doing but with them as the order that went through not by me practically depleted my funds as I only get paid monthly

It is so wonderful working with a Christian company. Their products are beautiful, well-made and comfortable. I was so pleased with my purchases that I am now giving them as gifts. Their customer service is very easy to work with.

The shirts I have received fit so well. They have all been true to size. I love that they are mostly faith based as I have a difficult time finding good faith based tshirts because I wear plus size and this company has a plethora.

I have ordered quite a few items from Love in Faith during the past year, and am very happy with both the customer service and the quality of the items I have purchased.
The sweatshirts were my go to favorites during the winter- warm and comfortable, with plenty of room for the layers I always wear during the cold months. The
T shirts are so soft, and they come out like new after each wash. None of the products shrink, which is a major plus for me.
Finally, many people have commented on these clothes, and it gives opens up a path toward friendly discussions about religion. God bless the people at Love in Faith!

I ordered 3 items and none fit well. I was pleasantly surprised to get a refund and asked to donate the items instead of returning them. I will happily do that! How wonderful!

i have been buying from love in Faith since the year 2000 . The company has come along way, i love their products. My closet is full of t-shirts sweatshirts beach bags you name it I have it. If I have a problem, I emailed them and they make it right for me. I will continue buying from them. I’m a happy customer. Thank you Love in Faith. Oh.

Love these shirts, the messages and the quality are the best.. I get compliments on my shirts everywhere I go. The customer service provided is what our country was made from … u don’t get quality customer service anymore and it’s nice to have a small business that has quality and care for thier customers

My daughter's ordered me the Jesus picture with Jesus's hands around the heart, it is a canvas and absolutely beautiful, the only issue I have is the shipping process, you put the picture in a plastic then in a box, but during shipping they unfortunately get tossed around, it should have Styrofoam on the corners of the frame to protect it, mine had a little damage on one of the corners where I'm pretty sure it was dropped and the shipping box is very thin.

Well the product is always great, T-shirts is my main purchase. Soft and fits very well, along with colors are always bright and cheerful. Orders are very promptly sent. I do order frequently, that should tell you plenty. Very reliable for their products. Like to see lighter colors would be my only addition. But in all great company! Enjoy doing business with great people!

I have been a customer of Love in Faith for many years. I have just about always been very satisfied with the items I have bought. The few times that I have encountered a problem with fit or quality I have always been satisfied with the customer service provided. The only negative thing I have to say is there are some sales that for some reason won’t let me chose the same item in different sizes which is a little irritating when I’m buying for different family members and friends snd want to save on shipping.

I have purchased several shirts from this company and they were all great quality. I recently purchased one and it had a small faded place on the front. I reached out to them and they immediately placed an order to replace the shirt. Fabulous customer service.

I have been purchasing my T’s for a couple of years now. The quality and message are amazing. I just recently had to use Customer Service and it was addressed beyond my expectations.

I emailed the company almost 2 weeks after I purchased a T-shirt wondering about an update on the shipping status. They tried to tell me that on my order confirmation that it said it would take 7 to 10 business days to process and I took a screenshot of my confirmation and it did not say that then they came back to say that they were out of stock and the production was delayed and they didn’t know when they were gonna get more products in for a fulfillment date. They have the audacity to offer for me to wait for this unknown fulfillment date to get the shirt and they would just keep my money and I was like no cancel the order and I want a full refund. I did not have a good experience, ordering from them for the first time, and I would not go back their communication was lacking, passive aggressive, and dishonest.

I just love the "Love in Faith" company! It is always a pleasure ordering from them as the products I have ordered are of great quality, packaged neatly with love, & now are shipping out faster than ever. I love how you build up points with purchases to reach certain levels for merchandise discounts. The t-shirts & sweatshirts that I have ordered (& it has been a lot!) are soft & wash up nicely & still look new after being washed over & over. And when I have had an issue with an item, Love in Faith's customer service is on the ball to quickly respond & resolve my issue quickly & personally. I enjoy their daily heartfelt emails, yes I know they're trying to sell me more beautiful things, BUT it always includes a daily Bible verse & lighthearted heartfelt message pertaining to it which, for me, some days really hit home & especially touch my heart. I'm thankful to have found this Christian company who really cares & who offers beautiful & fun products to show & wear my faith. I get compliments often on them! The clothing is always soft and handles wash to wear, with great wrinkle control. Not only are the sayings on the shirts reflective of Gods grace for us, but create a light for others to see!!! If you can’t read my face, read my shirt, and hopefully the two will be the same!! If not, smile and share with me what my shirt said, in case my face forgot! lol!!! That’s a good reason to keep purchasing the message! Customer service is great! And the deals are even greater!!!

Purchased several items from Love in Faith and was very satisfied with all until my last purchase. 11/29/25 purchased two red shackets. Order 6985045. Returned via UPS Ground Commercial on 12/1025. Contacted company several times via email and as of today the situation remains unsolved. When they were returned I asked for a smaller size. Have not received new merchandise nor have I received a credit for purchase. Will never recommend company to anyone.

My experience was made great by the cs making sure everything was going like it should...answered every email...was courteous and polite never curt or short. Led me through thr process until it was all resolved..I've been with this Company for 3 years or more and have never been disappointed by a tee.. they are soft ..longer fit ..last through many washings..true to size.

They met every need. Over and beyond. Highly recommend!

Just got my T-shirts today want to just say they look just like they did online they are beautiful quality bright vibrant I am so pleased thank you so much been looking at this page for a while never ordered finally did when things were on sale and I had a little extra money I will be a customer for life email them the day that I got it told him what a wonderful job they did how much I appreciated the quality and they emailed me right back fantastic customer service
