I love every item I have ordered and received. I'm having a tiny hiccup with my Bible Box subscription, but customer service responded immediately and or taking very good care. I will definitely continue to order from Love in Faith.

I have many products from Love in Faith and will continue to shop the site. The quality of the items is superior to many. The orders arrive quickly and customer service is prompt to address any concerns.

Received a sweatshirt I purchased and threw it in the laundry because it had that strong new smell. Went to hang it up and have a good size hole in the sleeve. I looked at front and back but didn’t inspect entire garment. They refused to credit or send a replacement because I had washed it. It was less than a week old and had never been worn. Their customer service certainly doesn’t support Christian standards

faith tee shirts. I had forgotten I had already received one I had. Your company was so understanding when I complained.

I have ordered several times from this site. The shirts are very well made, attractive and true to size. Communication is 5 star. Cant wait for my next order!

The jacket I ordered did not fit me. It was easy to reach out to Love in Faith on their website and request an exchange. The whole process was very easy!

Love in Faith had superb customer service. I wasn't receiving my shirts even though they had shipped. I discovered that the wrong town was on the address, so I fixed the address, contacted Love in Faith, and they got my order sent ASAP! I appreciate their prompt attention to my problem.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service from Jack

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but when someone provides this level of customer service, I think it deserves to be recognized.

I had an issue with an order where several items were left unfulfilled because of an inventory error. What could have been an incredibly frustrating experience was completely turned around by Jack in Customer Support.

From the very beginning, Jack was kind, patient, responsive, and incredibly thorough. Several of my original items had sold out, so he took the time to explain exactly what happened, allowed me to choose replacements, confirmed everything with me before processing the new order, and even graciously handled a correction I sent after realizing I had made a mistake with my replacement choices. He never once made me feel like I was being difficult or inconveniencing him.

Most importantly, he followed through. I never had to wonder whether someone was actually going to take care of the problem. Jack stayed with it from beginning to end and made sure everything was resolved.

Jack went above and beyond to make the situation right. I won’t get into every detail of how he resolved it, but I can say that I walked away genuinely amazed by the level of care and customer service I received. He didn’t simply fix an order—he made me feel valued as a customer.

Companies are going to have mistakes occasionally; it happens. What determines whether I continue doing business with a company is how those mistakes are handled. Jack turned a disappointing order experience into one that actually made me feel more confident purchasing from Love in Faith.

I told him directly that the customer service world needs more people like him, and I absolutely mean it. Love in Faith, you have an exceptional employee in Jack. Please make sure he gets the recognition he deserves.

Their designs are amazing, with the best uplifting messages! And such great quality too! I recently ordered several shirts in medium and they were too small. (My fault!) I contacted Love In Faith to exchange them for large. They told me they would send me larges but to keep the others and bless someone else with them! Wow! I just love this company! And I will bless someone else with these extra tshirts! Thank you Love In Faith! You’re awesome in every way!

I placed a order for four shirts. One of the shirts I do not remember as one I picked out so I email them and they show that is what I ordered. So I reply back asking can I exchange the one shirt and it has been 6 days with no answer back.

I was having some technical issues ! They fixed it right away & I am happy & very satisfied with the results ! God Bless them !

I purchased a 3x sweatshirt. When I received it the fit was more like a 5x. I contacted Love in Faith, explained the problem. Told them I did not have any of the packaging. I was contacted within 5 minutes. Asked if I wanted a refund or exchange. They wanted my order number and zip code. I wanted an exchange for a smaller size. Did the exchange, then sent me an email telling to gift the shirt to someone else who could use it. I did pay a $5 charge for the switch. It was no big deal.

Process was fast and easy. My new shirt should arrive in about a week. Ever satisfied with the entire process.

The shirts are good quality and hold up well and are very comfortable. I love the messages on the shirts. Customer service is top notch. My issue was handled the same day (I had gotten the wrong size and they immediately sent me the correct size). One of my favorite online store.

Original order came quickly and completely. Unfortunately the size small shirt was too small for the intended gift recipient. Email to return promptly answered and a replacement shipped the next day. I will gift the original as they said to keep it. Very happy with products and support. Will buy again.

My orders with this Company have been great, and the quality/price are outstanding. Mostly, Customer Service have answered questions, clarifying any issues I may have had...everytime and FAST! My emails get responded to quickly and efficiently! I LOVE this Company.

I don't like giving this review. I have ordered through them for years! And I love their clothes.... Here are the issues... As the company has grown they have gotten greedier and gone up in prices.. If you need to return YOU pay shipping. I ordered a medium sweatshirt and was sent a small.. in order to return it I needed to pay almost $7 in shipping. That was half the price of the shirt because I bought it on clearance. You can't browse the website for over a minute without the stupid scratch off thing popping up literally every 30 to 60 seconds so they can get you and send marketing and advertising constantly..and there is false advertising! Promoting $10 sweatshirts and then not one single sweatshirt is $10. I wish y'all would go back to the way you used to be. Disappointed 😞

They said my package was delivered (was not, neither me or neighbors around saw it.) Since they claim it was delivered by another carrier (Amazon) I cannot get a refund. Do not waste your time or money. Very disappointing. Especially since I was a regular customer, I will not be purchasing again from them.

I sent an email to see why I was charged 2 different amounts for 1 purchase. Not only did they explain what happened but it was the speed in which they responded that really impressed me. It was fixed almost immediately.
