I ordered 6 sweatshirtsand a hat in May. Tracking said they were delivered and put in my mailbox. Six sweatshirts and a hat would not fit in my 6"×6"×12" mailbox. I have been fighting with this company for almost 3 months. Said they refunded my money. That was not true. Still waiting. They stole my money. This is supposed to be a Christian owned company. Don't order!!

I have ordered many times. Their shirts are extremely soft and never fade with all the washes. I had a lost order and you were so quick to respond and help me thank you so much. I definitely recommend your shirts. Excellent customer service! God is good all the time! I’m glad that y’all share the gospel of Jesus Christ in good faith🫶 thank you keep up the great work

I already loved these shirts! Buying them for friends, family and of course many for myself. They make me smile whether I’m wearing mine or smiling because of one I’ve sent to someone knowing they will feel the love & smile too. And to make the company even better was the quick response I got back from an email when I made a boo boo on an order that I miss understood how the discount worked. They got right back to me, order was corrected money returned! Look forward to many more purchases in the future.

I placed an order on July 29 for one item. To date, item still has not shipped and all customer service representatives give me is they are experiencing longer than normal shipping times. I would accept thst if it wasn't for the fact that I have placed two additional orders since the above date, and have received both orders!!!! One of which had the exact same item I ordered on July 29th. I have lost my $10 reward and cannot get any valid response in thrm returning it to me. I have spent $1k+ with this company. Shipping times finally got do much better when they began using UNICOI shipping. Now it looks like they stopped using that company. If it wasn't for the fact that I like their cute designs, I would never order from this company EVER AGAIN, NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM. They are horrible on customer service! Probably one reason they do not have a contact number! Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer!

I have used the Love In Faith website for several years now. I cannot say enough about everything from the quality of their shirts to their customer service to the great prices 🙌 Once you use them, you will not want to use any other website.

I placed an order for my granddaughter and myself. The 3 shirts I ordered for me were 2X . Great quality and price but way too big. I emailed their support and asked to exchange. They agreed.
Then after I ordered XL for all three. They told me to donate the ones that are too big. Saving me return postage! Then they are shipping me the new ones for only $5.00 !!! (I assume shipping). Amazing! God bless this company! I am becoming a lifetime member and considering the sticker club for my granddaughter! Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Ich möchte hier meine Enttäuschung teilen.

Ich habe ein Grabfoto in Herzform bestellt. Es sollte mit einem Foto und den Namen der beiden Verstorbenen angefertigt werden. Zusätzlich habe ich 4,95 € für eine Bestellprüfung bezahlt, damit man mich kontaktiert, falls etwas nicht stimmt und ich es korrigieren kann.

Der Fehler lag bei mir, denn ich hatte die Namen in kyrillischer Schrift geschrieben. Deshalb habe ich Ihnen sofort nach der Bestellung geschrieben und gefragt, ob das ein Problem ist. Falls ja, wollte ich die Bestellung stornieren und eine neue mit den Namen in lateinischer Schrift aufgeben.

Am nächsten Tag erhielt ich die Antwort, dass eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich sei. Wenn die Bestellung zu diesem Zeitpunkt aber noch nicht hergestellt war, warum hat mich niemand gefragt, ob ich die Namen in lateinischer Schrift nachreichen möchte? Genau für solche Fehler habe ich doch die zusätzlichen 4,95 € für die Bestellprüfung bezahlt.

Ich habe Ihnen erneut geschrieben, erhielt jedoch keine Antwort. Zwei Tage später wurde die Bestellung versendet, und heute habe ich sie erhalten.

Das Grabfoto kam ohne die Namen der Verstorbenen an. Niemand hat sich darum bemüht, die Bestellung zu korrigieren, obwohl ich für einen Service bezahlt habe, der offensichtlich gar nicht erbracht wurde.

I have ordered quite a bit from this company. Their t- shirts are really soft and comfortable and fit great. Their customer service is wonderful.

Love their t-shirts and their sayings, and I get a lot of compliments when I wear their shirts. Customer service is easy to work with and polite! Can’t wait to see what other shirts they will come out with!!

🚨BUYER BEWARE!! 🚨
I am extremely frustrated with the customer service from this store. Two years ago I received damaged shirts that they refused to rectify the situation on. On July 23 I received my first order after boycotting them. One of the shirts I bought specifically for my high school sons football games. The first opportunity I had to wear the shirt was July 31. I emailed them today due to it being damaged and having holes in the side seem. The company refuses once again to rectify the situation saying that it is past the seven day policy. What happens if you’re out of town and your order is delivered and you get damaged goods in your order? You’re just out?? I swear this company has the worst customer service for a “Christian” company. I get every company has rules, but this is just absurd to me. I do not recommend anyone order from them. If you do just be prepared to be met with excuse after excuse for why they don’t need to replace your damaged goods. And just be prepared to lose your hard earned money. Love in faith I decided to try to give you a try again, however this is the very last time I ever will. This is the last time I will let you steal my money from me. I even offered to send the damaged shirt back on my dime in order to receive a replacement.

Not that I owe anyone an explanation. But my husband and I are full-time caregivers for his parents and have two children in sports as well as on two different booster clubs for said sports. Needless to say our life is extremely busy. Sunday is our damn day our day that we get caught up and so since I did not have time to contact them Friday or Saturday due to prior obligations I contacted them at my first available day which was today, two days after attempting to wearing the shirt. But even if I had contacted them on Friday according to their “policy “I would still be out the money.

Love in Faith is a wonderful company. I have so many of their Christian themed tshirts. They’re soft and wash well. I love showing my faith on tshirts. They also have a wonderful customer service department!
