I always have great service from Love in Faith. I am 80 and can't do a lot for the Lord, but I can wear Love in Faith Tee Shirts and share my Faith with everyone! There is always such a great selection of Tees and Sweatshirts and the quality is great!

I love their apparel, from t-shirts to jackets to jewelry. They always have a good selection. The t-shirts are well-made and so soft. The customer service is top-notch.

I had 2 shirts missing from an order but customer service was quick to respond, make it right, and get me 2 replacements out to me super fast.

I purchased 3 shirts and they are too small. I have been trying to get a response from LIF so I can exchange them for bigger sizes. Can I just mail back to you and get my exchange. Want the same shirts just bigger size. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

I love this company and their products. The shirts, sweatshirts, jean jackets are all great. When I had an issue with my recent order, they were very quick to make it right. I highly recommend buying from Love in Faith.

The idea of wearing something that would encourage another person seeing the garment on me was why I stopped by the website. Then the pricing was extremely fair and I was happy to purchase 3 sweat shirts. They arrived in a timely fashion and the garment's fabric was of a very good quality. However the color of the sweatshirt didn't quite match the color shown on their website. And the design on the front of the sweatshit was a little larger than I anticipated. I am an older and larger woman and they just didn't look good on me. The return process was very easy and although I didn't actually speak with any staff their communications via email were prompt and very helpful. I do recommend this company.

I have bought multiple times from this company and I just recently received a t- shirt that I didn’t like the size and asked for a return and promptly is getting a new shirt with a different size. This company is amazing and plan on continuing to purchase items from them. IL. Customer

I have been ordering from LiF for about a year now. I really love all the variety in their clothing designs, particularly the sweatshirts and the tees. The sweatshirts are very warm in the wintertime and the T-shirts are comfortable. I’ve gotten many compliments and find it is easier to spark conversations about my faith if I’m wearing LiF apparel. The shirts I’ve worn repeatedly for about a year haven’t shown signs of wear besides the occasional loose thread, and they are still really soft. The tees are particularly versatile and I’ve worn them for everything from everyday wear to exercise clothing to sleepwear. Sometimes I’ll layer a sweater over the fancier tees and wear it to church staff lunches, too.

If I had to give some feedback I would say that I wish there were more long-sleeve shirt designs, but that’s just because I’d like more occasions to wear the clothing. :) This is by far my favorite brand.

Amazing Customer Service! I ordered a shirt and received a different shirt in error. I contacted customer service late that day, which was a Sunday, and received a response within an hour, after midnight. Problem solved, the correct shirt is on it's way. Absolutely amazing customer service!

The tee shirts I buy are always of great quality. They arrive quickly too! Mostly, the customer service is great. They helped me with my bonus points when it wast’t applied at checkout. They applied it for me and refunded my money. Wonderful service!

Every time I buy a Love & faith shirt I always get compliments plus it gives opportunity to share Jesus. They worked well with me regarding a discount I missed in error. You can only reach by email but that word perfectly.

Love In Faith consistently gives believers great styles to choose from. I had to stop buying their shirts only because I own about 50. One of my favorites had a hole in it, so I emailed to ask if I could purchase another. LIF asked for a picture and gave me a nice gift card. Great customer service!

I never recieved my order it still says unfulfilled

I cannot even begin to tell you how PLEASED I am with my recent order. What started out as a text message to a few friends about a t-shirt to wear to our Fall Festival snowballed into three orders totaling over 50 shirts! I was never planning on that!
Anyhow, they were delivered EXTREMELY fast and I have already started getting them out to the ladies who ordered. They have ALL been very happy. We are going to be so cute at our church festival!

I first loved this company and their shirts. On my recent order this past month, I splurged for my birthday and bought over $80 worth of shirts. The downside, all shirts came in the wrong size. I emailed them the day I received and heard nothing. After 2 weeks I decided to wash in cold water and dry cool so hopefully I could wear but they all shrunk. Now I'm out all this money that I was so looking forward too and I cannot even wear them. Emailed with no help from company. Very disappointed and upset that I wasted this much money on something I cannot enjoy. Needless to say I will no longer ordered nor reccomend them due to horrible customer service.
