I would give zero if it was an option. Very poor quality, and look nothing like the advertised sandal. I waited over six weeks for the delivery and am reluctant to try to return them due to the cost and inconvenience.

Au vu des commentaires TRUSPILOT France et Angleterre, ce site est une arnaque, vous ne recevez jamais vos commandes. A fuir et dénoncer par tous moyens.

This is a scam ‘company.’ My order never arrived, they gave me conflicting information about where it was (with EVRi, with Royal Mail) then went silent and stopped responding to me. The order number then mysteriously disappeared from their tracking system. Don’t order anything from them.

Avoid this company at all costs. Can not deliver on time and won't refund you. All you get back is a copy and paste email back with no answers.

Didn’t receive my sandals. Was informed they were lost in transit and was then told they would send another via Royal Mail. I emailed numerous times and all I got was thanks for your patience, rest assured they are being sent but after 2 weeks of back & forth emails I’m still waiting for my refund. Shoes still haven’t arrived. They are a scam. I will be taking legal action and since I told them thats what I’m doing they haven’t replied. They’re not a genuine website as far as I’m concerned 🙁 😡🤬

Everything about this company seems to be a con! I ordered a pair of shoes under the impression from the description and photos that they were made of leather. They were not, they were made of cheap plastic and vinyl. They took over 4 weeks to arrive and when they did the shoes had been squashed into a plastic bag and bound with tape. Once I opened it was a total disappointment. They look horrible. Update: 26/7/26 I requested instructions on how to return them for a full refund, to-date they have ignored all my emails. This company is a scam stay well away!

Order has allegedly been lost by Royal Mail. However, the tracking information from the courier used by Loren Amor seems to show that they did not receive the order from Loren Amor so it could not have reached Royal Mail.
Then 2 different agents gave different information, contradicting each other.
A new order has allegedly been sent out but they have refused to provide a tracking number and have failed to answer e mails.
I asked them to cancel the order and refund my payment, they said they could not do this as the item was in transit.
I truly wish I had read reviews of this company before placing an order.
Please do not make the same mistake as me.
Hopefully you will not lose your money as I have.
After a number of e mails I accepted a partial refund. Over a week later, no further response from them and no refund.
I saw the same product sold by them on Shein. Using the exact same photo .
The Shein price was 20% of the Loren Amor price.
Still no refund despite further e mails.

The shoes I bought were poor quality and not 9.5 nor anywhere near. Trying to get a refund has been a nightmare and I have returned the shoes at my own cost and I’ve not heard a thing since. No acknowledgment and no refund. It took weeks to get a return address.
My advice is to avoid giving them any of your hard earned money.

I placed an order almost a month ago. I have yet to receive my order. When I emailed the support line I was told I could not get a refund because the order had already shipped. The tracking update has said there is a delay since July 2nd.

They agreed to me sending two pair of shoes back and would issue refund when received.
Sent shoes back, but they were returned because the company did not pay the import tax!!!!
So they still have my money and l have two pair of shoes l do not want.

I was unaware this company was based in the Netherlands- not clear on their website. Waited ages for item to arrive & had to contact them to ask where it was. The mules arrived & were such low quality-totally unsuitable and unwearable. I contacted them to return but they immediately offered just 25% refund due to postage costs to Holland. I decided to return them anyway which cost £9 but parcel Co kept asking for additional import costs from them which of course they didn’t pay! I then asked them for the 25% refund which they gave but I’m £18 plus £9 out of pocket & have a pair of mules only suitable for the bin! Complete waste of money.

Contact them once yes they emailed me. I want to return these shoes, but I am being ignored. Absolutely disgusting.

If I could give 0 stars I would . The sandals I ordered looked nothing like what it looked on the website. Not only that they arrived late , they were so plasticky, smelled like burned rubber I had to throw them to the outside bin cause my house started to smell of burned rubber. Also just being curious I tried them on and I just couldn’t ,cause they are so cardboardy , You can’t have them on human feet . I was shocked, never in my life have I seen such poor quality. Don’t even care about my money back as I couldn’t even keep the sandals in the house to process the return. If you read this review, please do not use this website, you will waste your money

Received the shoes completely different colour to one advertised. Quality was absolutely tat.. could have done better on a cheap market stall .
