Would be a zero. Avoid at all cost. Product hasn’t came yet and it’s been 3 weeks. They stated delivery takes 5-7 days.

Tracking number has not been updated. No sign that the product has been shipped at all.

Have decided to contact credit card company to dispute the matter and i have reported the online retailer to trading company.

Do not buy from these scammers! They charge top prices for absolute crap. Plastic not leather, Nothing like the photographs. Impossible to return. Take no notice of the good reviews they are obviously fake!

Despite website stating UK/EU stock. It has still not been delivered 6 weeks later, with the tracking just stating “an delay”. Customer service (email) replied to only one email just to reiterate “a delay”. Requested a refund, but there is no answer. Now taking the lengthy process of refund by the credit card company.

Still waiting on my replacement trainers, been chasing for 2 months.

Avoid this web site, very long delivery time, shoes come from China. The shoe sizes do not corespond to their shoe size chart, I received two sizes smaller than I ordered! Quality cheap!
Customer service is responsive and polite, but be aware that returns are impossible, they no longer respond to your mails when requesting a refund, very frustrating!

I ordered a pair of clogs - looked ok on the photo. Took ages to arrive, when they did I could have bought better off Temu!!!
Nothing like the photo, they said they will refund 20%, but still not enough. Couldn't get then returned as they ship from China!
Restored to the Bank and they agreed the products were completely misrepresented, so the bank recovered the funds!
Quick tip: google map the address they are working from in the Netherlands looks like someone's flat, not a real business!

Scam company don’t bother wasting your money items don’t arrive

Awful, do not buy anything from this company. They pretend there are delays to cover long delivery times and the products are awful, not leather, really inferior, cheap products and then they won't accept returns, instead offering 25%refund even though pretending to acknowledge their products are not as described or shown.

Please stay clear. Delivery 4 weeks. Wrong size shoes arrived. Won’t give me a refund d instead offered me 15% back.

The worst company I've ever experienced. A total scam. Apart from the long delivery time, the picture was completely different to what I actually received, which was plastic shoes made in China, not leather as advertised. They deliberately make the process of getting a refund impossible, even though they state on their website that refunds are allowed within 30 days. If you email for a refund you will continue to receive an automated response offering a 15% discount to keep the shoes. I kept saying I didn't want this, but a full refund. Eventually they agreed, only to go back to offering 15% of my money back, as if we never had that conversation. I used the shipping return address they provided and posted them with tracked shipping so I know they arrived, but I never got my money back. I have emailed them several times and they haven't responded. I wish I read the reviews first - surely this can't be legal....

DO NOT TOUCH THIS WEBSITE. I ordered white men's sandals in size 9. They sent black loafers in size 11. They are refusing to send a prepaid return label and have told me I am responsible for the return costs despite it being their mistake. They offered 25% discount and said I could keep the shoes,......which are of no use to me. I am raising a dispute through my bank. AVOID!!!

Fraudulent drop-shipping company - don't buy anything from them. Apart from the problems with delivery and quality, you cannot make a return as per statutory 14 day cancellation rights, since the business address listed on their website is actually a children's daycare centre. They will try to stall you with a partial refund (15%) rather than provide a real returns address. I'm asking for my money back through credit card provider. Wish I'd read these reviews before buying!

I really wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company. They are dishonest in all areas, quality of goods, delivery, and communication.
I was going to write this review in more detail, but I don't want to waste any more time on them,apart from to say I will never deal with them again and I strongly advise that nobody else does either!

Would do zero if an option. Bought two pairs to select one. Waited almost 3 weeks. Asked about return of one pair, they said I'd have to pay postage costs back to China. I complained. They said they'd give me 15% refund. Appalling. DON'T BUY FROM HERE

I am STILL after weeks of waiting for shoes to arrive in ‘consultation’ with this company about returning them and getting a refund. They have not been responding to my emails so I don’t even know how to return them. I have threatened them with further action but they have sent no return label or information. I’m prepared to keep fighting this till I get my money back. SHOCKING! To say the least.

I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my holiday on the 5th of July. We are on the 23rd of July and I still received nothing. As they say theyre based in Netherlands and that the delivery takes 1-3 days, I tried. I'm furious, because I feel like it's chinese stuff and sent from there. Liars, dishonnest... I asked for a refund but there are no more answers.

If I could give zero stars I would have done so. I ordered a pair of slip on summer clogs nearly a month ago. The picture portrayed on the website suggested a quality item. Delivery took over three weeks but they did keep me informed of the delay. On receipt of my item today I think I received a temu substitution. The quality of the item is very poor and more akin to a Sunday market stall and nothing like the images on their website. Beware and do not order from them, you will only be disappointed. Avoid at all costs. I've just tried them on and the are the biggest load of shite I've ever bought online. I wish I'd read the reviews before buying from them and will put this down as a lesson learned. Reading the reviews there is no point trying to get a refund and they are going straight in the bin.

I bought two pair of sandals paid £64 for the pair. Had great communication from the company explaining the long delay. When arrived within 30 days they were wrecked. First wearing of one pair they broke at the buckle walking to school. Second pair the front were damaged very quickly. When contacting customer services you get a polite response but no resolve. Utter waste of money. Very poor quality

I have previously left a negative review about this scam company. I am now going to apply for a chargeback from my credit card company and notify trading standards. My advice to all those who have dealt with this company is to do the same.
