Had my money for a month and still nothing. Not replying to emails either.

Review for Loren Amor.... This company is a Scam, one star should be a no star. I wish I had checked out the reviews on Trust Pilot first. I ordered a pair of flip flops on June 28th. Once despatched they said I'll receive a tracking link all I have is an Evri tracking number which only shows they have not yet got my parcel. On the 8th July they emailed to say a priority replacement shipment has been arranged with Royal Mail and no tracking information has been sent I have emailed several times from July 9th requesting to cancel order and send me a refund all they say is unable to cancel or refund as it has already been processed. Having read the many reviews on Trust Pilot my thoughts are that the goods very likely come from China. Other reviews show the returns are very difficult to make with offers of a small part of payment offered and large shipping charges taken from refund. I am now about to claim a chargeback from my credit card company, 🤞

Order 2807 was placed 22nd May, took 3 weeks to receive, sandals were poor quality, on asking to return they tried to offer 15 then 25% discount. Tried to put me off by saying it’s expensive to return.I returned them by Royal Mail and they were received on 15th June. Have had no communication since requesting a full refund. This company is a scam and should be avoided, l am notifying my bank to request the money back from Loren Amor with full details of order/postage/correspondence etc. The sandals were not fit for purpose and tie company shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on MSN search bars.

I’m giving one star as it’s not possible to rate no stars. I’ve been waiting 2 days shy of a month for a pair of shoes for my elderly mum. The so-called customer service support in the Netherlands eventually replies to my emails but keep fobbing me off with promises of ‘looking into it’. The phone number for the company is inactive. Clearly this is a scam. Do not trust.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Loren Amore. Used the size chart they use. The shoes have arrived....I ordered UK11 received UK13! They have admitted their size chart is incorrect but want me to pay to return the wrong pair of shoes back to them! I would not order from this company again. Order took ages to arrive, wrong size was delivered and now trying to get me to pay to return item after admitting it's their mistake.

I’ve emailed several times about my order (order no. 101344) placed on April 1st.

I received tracking info on May 1st but had no updates for almost another month.

FedEx phoned to let me know they never received the shipment from you.

Can you please issue a refund or resend the order and tracking info please.

I’ve ordered several time over the year and have always been delighted with quality and service so this is really disappointing.

I don't understand who writes reviews that the quality of the clothes is good? It's just awful, as if it was bought in China, where it was sewn from the most terrible material. And if you decide to return it, you won't be able to do it! They require you to attach a paper with the order, which I don't have, it didn't come to my email when I ordered, and I can't enter the account, because it's as if it doesn't exist. They did everything so that you wouldn't return anything to them. I feel like I was simply deceived and it's awful. All the dresses are see-through due to the quality of the material, and the underwear is simply unpleasant to wear, it's stiff and itchy.

This is the most amazing lingerie company. Customer service is so professional and easy to work with. The quality of the lingerie is exceptional and makes me feel so beautiful. Highly recommend investing in quality pieces from this brand.

Do not buy from this company. I accidentally purchased a bra with an old card, e-mail and previous address. I attempted to cancel the order but customer service said the package had already shipped (which is impossible because I emailed them immediately) so since they wouldn’t cancel the order and give me a refund I just decided to forget the $30 and take the bra. THEN when I finally get the bra, the material is cheap and tacky and I couldn’t even get it on before the strap ripped! Wish I could upload pictures for evidence. Awful. I want to return but also don’t even want to deal with this company anymore

Leider cheapes Dropshiping. Die Qualität ist den Preis nicht wert. Die Etiketten waren rausgeschnitten.
Die Rücksendung ist sehr mühselig, weshalb ich davon abgesehen habe. Werde sicherlich nicht mehr dort bestellen.

The clothing I ordered was possibly the best fit I could have asked for. The customer service helped with every problem I had and made sure I was satisfied.

This is the first time I have ordered there products so I'm not sure of the quality. However their customer service is amazing. One of the bralettes I ordered ended up being out of stock and they emailed me and said I could pick two more to replace it out of five collections. I sent what I wanted and they immediately updated my tracking information and I should be getting my bralettes soon. Awesome

Bad service. Stay away.

Don't buy from them!! The sizes they are providing wouldn't fit a doll!! I wear size xs a ordered s/m thought it would be loose but but came in a size of my hand!! Therefore they do not proceed the refunds only store credit which is pointless if the size aren't for a normal person. The material is so see through you can see the other side of the world 🙃 Paid 50$ for something that will go straight to a trash. Don't believe in these positive reviews as they are probably bots.
