Absolutely shocking service. Ordered shoes a month ago, got a message to say there would be a delay but no new delivery date was given.
I got in contact and was fobbed off with an apology but no follow up.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I did not receive my order after 5 weeks.
They say they are working on my order. It’s a big scam , i dont know how to get my money back.
Also it’s not cheap.
The customer service sounds like Ai.
Absurde that this website is still available and hasn’t been banned already.

I ordered a pair of leather shoes with a 1-3 day dispatch time for a specific event.

After 2 weeks, I became concerned they had not arrived. When asked they sent a generic email stating they had delays due to high demand.

One month later after several emails chasing, I asked for my money back as I would not be in the country to receive them. At this point they stopped replying. I sent two more emails threatening litigation and reporting them to governing bodies and got another generic response saying they don’t have specific dates for arrival as it was in their courier system (as it had been for approximately 25 days).

I am now using my bank to initiate the chargeback process and have discovered an unacceptable amount of other people this has happened to.

It will take a fortune to be delivered, it feels like they send them from China, that's how long it takes. Now the problem is not just with me, it seems that I am one of those who didn't check.

J'ai porté réclamation à cette société une douzaine de fois. La réponse identique à chaque fois: nous sommes désolé.....et nous transférons à notre équipe commerciale.....merci de votre patience.......
Nous avons été obligé de créer un collectif en france et de déposer une plainte à la gendarmerie!
Ne commandez pas auprés de Loren Amor ce sont des escrocs, il trompe notre confiance par des manoeuvres frauduleuses , des mises en scéne pour obtenir de l'argent.

Terrible company, don't waste your money and time! Took ages to come,my usual size 6 was far too small, I asked to return numerous times to be fobbed off with 25% off as a goodwill gesture, they refused to give me a return address so I couldn't return saying it would be too expensive!! So in the end I said ok I'll take the refund of 25% and now no communication and no refund! I'm reporting to trading standards.

I sent for a pair of cream sandals with gold hardware. Reduced to £26.00 apparently from £50.00. Never seen worse when I opened the bag . Same sandals on SHEIN £6.72. Asked for return address and was offered 10% discount to keep although they didn’t fit. Asked again for 3rd day and was given an address in China to return them to even though they came from U.K. address. To send back to China would cost £25.00 so not doing that. Won’t be using again so be careful as not genuine .

DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THERE FANCY WEBSITE AND PICTURES BECAUSE THEYVE CLEARYLY COPIED THOSE PICTURES FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE I CAN GUARANTEE YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU SEE, ITS ALL CHINESE JUNK. I ordered a pair of mens size 9 biker bootS that looked really nice AND CLASSIC LOOKING on there website, they were supposed to be vintage look leather, they TOOK forever to arrive after I sent umpteen chase up emails which resulted in the same pre recorded return email crap, when they finally did arrive they turned out to be way to small , more like 6-7 in womens size couldn’t tell as there were no sizing tags or markings to indicate size, , they arrived folded up in a very small black plastic bag all scrunched up. Not in a proper box as you’d expect footwear to arrive in, they were really narrow and they had Pink soles,clearly women’s and they were made from some really cheap tacky pvc and they stunk of plastic, I am still trying to get a full refund but they’ve offered me 15% refund and to keep the boots which are only fit for the trash bin, they play the usual silly games like asking you to take and send photos of the item because they need to see the item, which they can clearly see what they are from the original order number, I told them I wasn’t doing that silly nonsense and wanted a full refund IMMEDIATLY also the address they wanted me to send them back to is in China whereas the website states there in the Netherlands, I have told them that I am not spending anymore money sending them back to China because I’ve been scammed like that before on eBay, it amounts to nothing, and they know your not going to do it because it costs more that the items worth. It’s now gone quiet from there end and I’m still waiting for a full refund. STEER CLEAR.

Absolutely bloody atrocious, avoid answering the actual questions you ask, takes ages to arrive, won’t cancel order because of the stage of delivery that it’s in even though it’s been in the same stage for 4 weeks. Don’t buy from them they are a scam, worried about the return process due to how bad delivery process is.

Worst company ever. Ordered heels and did not receive a return label after emailing several times. Would not cooperate. Will never be buying from again

From my experience this company is a disgrace. Putting aside the late delivery and poor quality of products, the customer service is appalling. Multiple requests for return information were ignored. A discount was repeatedly offered to keep the products. This scenario can also be seen in other reviews.
Eventually I cancelled the credit card payment an took the products to the charity shop.

A company of scammers. They sell items they haven't got and happily take your money and refuse to return it. Mine has been "in transit" for about 6 weeks!

Shoes were incorrect size and poor quality. I requested and returned items with all required information. The item has been 'lost in transit'to the Netherlands and after repeated emails to customer support, my queries have been totally ignored. I will never purchase from this company again.

They wrongley sent me 9 pairs of sandals.wont pay return postage and it turns out this is their address not in netherlands. As they claim on website but-If you would like to proceed with a return, please find the return address below:

Returning a sackfull of sandals to china will cost about £170

So iv contacted my credit card as this site is a big scam.two pairs look like theyre straight from temu and worth ,£4.at most.They owe me £274 !

Waited 3 weeks. They arrived today and to say that I am disappointed is an under statement, they are cheap plastic with a lumpy inner sole so unwearable!! ...look nothing like the photos online!!.
Not worth £24.99, cheap market standard worth a fiver. I'm now chasing a full refund!!!.

The one star is for the politeness of the emails and requests for photos and order numbers etc. I was tempted by some lightweight shoes for my husband from Loren Amor. My bank account was debited immediately but the shoes did not arrive for 7 weeks and were too narrow and small when they arrived!
Then the back and forth emails began , all I wanted was an address to return and a refund.... to no avail !! I was addressed as 'Nancy' on 1 email and would I like a 40% refund instead of paying huge shipping costs to return to China. In the end I've given up and advise anyone to steer clear of this company Loren Amor.

Update 7/8/2026.
Today I received an address in China to return above shoes, after threatening the company with UK Trading Standards!
I followed the instructions and went to the post office.
With tracking and proof of posting the package would have cost over £22 !!**#!**!!. the shoes only cost £25 .What a waste of my time and effort.
At least I have learnt to never buy from unknown companies again!!

Livraison de mes claquettes d'été payées 49€95. Quelle surprise de recevoir une paire de claquettes en plastique valant maximum 3€ en provenance de Chine. Je confirme la médiocrité de ce site marchand et reconnais m'être fait avoir. Fuyez ces arnaqueurs.

Wish I had read the reviews from previous posts before dealing with this company. Long delay in receiving shoes notified them to cancel order, they responded 5 days later to advise that their t and c’s stated no cancellation possible once goods despatched, then established from tracking that shoes were only despatched the day after their e mail. Shoes arrived 26 days after ordering. Cheap poor quality Chinese manufacturer. Requested return address 4 times without response finally given address in China to return at my expense.
No guarantee returns would be accepted despite shoes in original packaging unworn and refund if agreed would take further 15 days! Clearly a front company acting for Chinese manufacturer with every intention of fleecing customers. Now disputing payment through credit card issuers. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

My sandals finally arrived and they are beautiful. They have a padded sole so they are really comfortable.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are essentially crooks. I ordered two pairs of shoes, the delay in delivery was one thing but the quality of the shoes is awful, they are just cheap plastic chinese tat. That being said, I requested a refund and instructions on how to send them back and was met with "we'll give you a partial refund of 20% to keep them" and once I refused I got offered 40% and then 60% - and now I've refused all of their partial refund offers they are just ignoring my request to send them back for a full refund. It's actually mental how crap they are, I've raised a dispute with my credit card company so hopefully they can help me receive a full refund from this thieving company. 100% AVOID.
