If the package was taken after it had been delivered, this would unfortunately be considered a theft after delivery and is outside both the courier's and our responsibility. In this situation, we recommend reporting the incident to your local police, as they are the appropriate authority to investigate the theft.

As the carrier, UPS acts as an intermediary to handle customs clearance on your behalf and may also charge a brokerage fee for this service. At this time, we have not been informed of any stock issues, and the supplier has advised that the product should arrive soon. However, despite our follow-ups, they have not provided us with a confirmed estimated arrival date, so we are unable to give you a reliable ETA.

To resolve the situation, we can offer you the following options: we can refund the delayed item and proceed with shipping the remaining products in your order, or we can cancel the entire order and issue a full refund.
