Unfortunately, the item in your order became unavailable due to a stock issue. Following your request, we proceeded with the cancellation and issued a full refund as quickly as possible. We understand your frustration regarding the additional shipping charges applied at delivery.

Unfortunately, import regulations and customs policies in the USA have become stricter, which has resulted in higher import fees being charged by local carriers and customs authorities. These fees are not collected by us, and we unfortunately have no control or influence over the amounts applied.

Please note that customs and import charges for US deliveries existed even before the recent regulatory changes, although they may previously have been handled differently or resulted in lower amounts. Our service and shipping process have not changed — any import duties, taxes, or additional carrier fees required before delivery have always remained the responsibility of the customer.

We truly appreciate your long-time support and are sorry for the inconvenience caused by these external changes.

Dear customer,

thank you for placing feedback.

Orders placed before our cut-off time are normally dispatched the same day or the following working day, depending on the time the order is placed. Orders placed over the weekend are processed at the beginning of the next working week, as our warehouse operates Monday to Friday only.

In this particular case, the item ordered was a lithium battery. Due to increasingly strict courier regulations surrounding the shipment of flammable and hazardous goods, battery shipments require additional documentation and courier approval before they can be dispatched. Unfortunately, this process can sometimes extend handling times beyond our standard dispatch estimates.

We appreciate that our team attempted to explain this during your conversations with customer support. However, as a payment dispute was subsequently opened through the payment provider, we were no longer able to continue processing the order. The order has therefore been cancelled and a full refund has been issued.

We apologize for the disappointment caused.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. According to the courier’s tracking information, the package was marked as delivered to the address provided. However, after you informed us that you could not locate the parcel, we immediately opened an investigation with the courier to clarify the situation.

As the order was correctly prepared and shipped from our facility, we are currently awaiting the courier’s findings before we can determine the next steps regarding compensation or refund. If the investigation confirms a delivery issue, we will of course work toward an appropriate resolution.

Regarding customs and tariff fees, these charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control. We always recommend customers review their country’s import policies before placing an international order.

We appreciate your patience while the investigation is ongoing.
