Delivery was very slow (3-4 weeks) but they did deliver as expected and they did process a return and refund, even though it was also slow (3-4 weeks to process refund)

I was online looking for cycling clothing, and saw what was listed for an interesting cold weather high tech base layer sweater and followed the link to lordgun.com. The item was on sale, and i ordered it, and was impressed with the high quality products and services the website contained.

Ordered 3 items a month prior to a big trip where the items would be used. 2 of the items were ”on request” items and so I asked for the helmet (item #1)to be shipped separately when they were unable to give me a date for the other items. This could apparently not be done despite the fact that even if they hade been placed as 2 separate orders they would still be subject for shipping.
The response time from customer service was terribly slow and everything felt like standard generated replies. You would think that when the estimated time for the on request items has come and past that Lordgun would follow up and see why the shipment has not yet been sent, rather than having the customer trying to get ahold of them and see whats the hold up. When Lordgun couldn’t get a ETA of item nr3 they simply cancelled it and sent me a refund without even asking if I wanted to wait of have a different product for the same amount.

All in all I recieved 2 of the 3 products I ordered and much later than expected causing me to purchase a similar item elsewhere when I was away on my big trip.

Its a shame really because the pricing at the moment was good but the customer service was just terrible.

I shall not be making any purchases here in the future.

Shopping online with Lordgun is a great experience. Delivery is fast as well. Keep it up! But try to lower the shipping charge please 😉

Best pricing on components that originate and are manufactured overseas.

The mark up on components sold in the USA that originate overseas prevents me from buying them from the states.

I prefer to purchase overseas.

Bought a pretty expensive bike with a long delivery date (70 days).

When I mail them about status on the delivery, they don't answer the mail.

That happened several time since I ordered back in may.

When buying such an expensive bike, I expect an answer and it makes me worried when there aren't any answer.

Now I just hope I'll recive the bike.

The item i received had cosmetic damages and potentially could worsen and I sent multiple messages. While I appreciate that you offered a return, I do not appreciate that the item sent had cosmetic damages that could've been avoided from the first place. Sending it back to you means ill have to shoulder shipping fee to send it back.
Aside from that, I appreciate the fast delivery.

great prices and fast shipping! Shipping is quite expensive to the US because of tariffs, but still saving overall on big orders.

The Issue: Ordered Bike Parts, Received Illegal Alcohol

I ordered a set of bicycle handlebars (Order #26.147.161.913) from LordGun. Instead of my handlebars, I received a box containing two bottles of French wine. As a private citizen in Canada, it is illegal for me to import or receive alcohol in the mail this way, and it is legally impossible for me to mail it back to them.

The Customer Service Nightmare

Instead of taking responsibility for a major delivery mishap, LordGun's support team dragged their feet and dodged accountability:

- The "Not Our Problem" Excuse: They sent me a security video proving they packed the handlebars correctly in their facility, essentially claiming that because they did their part, they were off the hook.

-Refusing to File a UPS Claim: The swap clearly happened while the package was in transit with UPS. UPS explicitly told me that because the shipping agreement is between LordGun and the courier, only LordGun can open a claim to track the package's weight transit history. Yet, LordGun initially flat-out refused to file the claim because the box didn’t show obvious signs of a customs inspection.

-No Refund for Custom Fees: I am currently out of pocket for the handlebars, the international shipping, and the hefty UPS brokerage fees I had to pay.

The Bottom Line

It took me threatening a credit card chargeback for them to finally say they would "check" with their courier, with absolutely no guarantee of a refund or replacement. If you are ordering internationally, steer clear of LordGun. If your package is tampered with or stolen in transit, they will leave you high and dry with zero support and illegal goods on your doorstep.

Fast delivery

Horrible experience. Received a damaged bike seat and the company will not refund me. US customers pay a little extra and buy from a company in the US. Their website is a hack and won't let you leave negative reviews so don't believe what you see there.

No entanto, vários dias depois, a encomenda continuava com o estado "Handling", sem qualquer atualização. No dia 8 de julho, contactei o serviço de apoio ao cliente para obter esclarecimentos sobre o atraso, mas foi necessário insistir com diversos emails para obter resposta.
