We are sorry to hear that you had this experience and regret any inconvenience caused.

As we are unable to identify the customer from the username provided, we cannot verify the specific order or refund in question. However, we would like to clarify our refund procedure.

For returned items, the refund is issued once the parcel has been delivered to us and our team has completed the necessary checks on its contents. In accordance with our Refund Policy, we have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to process the refund.

If, in this particular case, the refund took longer than usual due to an exceptionally high volume of work, we sincerely apologize for the delay.

Regarding the refunded amount, customers are refunded the value of the returned product. For returns sent from countries outside the European Union, any customs duties or charges incurred when receiving the parcel are the responsibility of the customer. Where necessary, we may advance these charges in order to receive the package, and the corresponding amount is subsequently deducted from the refund.

Your order was prepared and shipped on the same day it was placed. Unfortunately, there has been a delay on the courier’s side. We have already opened an issue with the courier and are currently awaiting their response and an update on the delivery.

Please note that payment is taken at checkout for all orders, including payments processed through Klarna. As the package is currently still in transit, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund at this stage.

We understand your concern regarding the customs charge you were asked to pay upon delivery, especially as the amount was higher than you had expected.

The information shown in our cart is intended as a general indication that customs duties and/or import charges may apply before delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot determine the exact amount that will be charged, as this is calculated by the customs authorities in the destination country according to their own rules. The calculation may depend on several factors, including the product's country of manufacture, its classification, its value, and other applicable regulations. The country from which the parcel is shipped is therefore not necessarily the only factor considered.

We have checked the documentation for your order and can confirm that the information on our invoice was provided correctly to the customs authorities.

Once the parcel has reached the destination country, the customs authorities make the final assessment, and unfortunately we have no possibility of contacting or influencing the destination customs office directly. The courier also has no authority over the customs calculation.

If you believe that the amount charged was calculated incorrectly, we recommend contacting your local customs office and providing them with the relevant invoice and import documentation so that they can review the assessment and explain how the charge was calculated.

We are sorry that the customs charge was higher than expected and that this situation caused you inconvenience. While we cannot intervene in the customs authority's assessment, we hope the above clarifies the process and the information available to us.
