Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Not for us..
Although the cake looked beautiful, and ticked all wowzzz, the sponge was dry, huge amount of buttercream in the cones. I guess I prefer the cakes with mascarpone cream. Learned my lesson for future

I am sorry to hear about this, all of of our cakes are baked fresh for delivery but I will pass your feedback on.
We do recommend to leave the cakes at room temperature for 3 hours before serving otherwise they can appear a little dry.

Absolutely delicious birthday cakes

Great cake, simple and satisfying!
Great cake, tasty yet not too sweet. Only comment would be to reduce thickness of cream to make it lighter. Otherwise, a yummy cake 🎂

Beautiful cake visually and in taste. Delivered on time and I was notified throughout. The driver even rang me to confirm he had the correct address. The cake was delicious and when I asked questions via email I got a quick response. Thank you 🙏
