Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

I love love love this company honestly, I have brought two cakes for kids and I have zero zero zero faults exactly how you see it advertised is exactly how you will pick it and the flavour is 10/10 not one compliant. Very satisfied customer and one for life.

Please remove palm oil, cakes are great
Excellent cupcakes but pity about palm oil in Lola's cupcakes... for health reasons we like to avoid palm oil.

I am sorry, at this time we do not use Palm Oil ourselves but it is found within ingredients we buy from suppliers.
We do ensure the suppliers use sustainably sourced ingredients as we are aware of the implications if it is not.

Second time using Lola’s for my…
Second time using Lola’s for my daughter’s birthday cake it was as advertised. Tasted good also. The only issue I had was no email confirmation that my order was received. So had to keep chasing to see if it was confirmed.
No bag was offered to carry the cake home which was not convenient.

I am sorry to hear that you found the icing to taste sour.
I can see that you did order our vegan Victoria sponge cake. This cake is made with a vegan cream cheese icing which is slightly sour in comparison to our other icing types.
I would perhaps recommend one of our cakes with a vegan buttercream or chocolate ganache icing for future as these are sweeter and may be more to your taste.
I will be sure however to pass your feedback across to our product development team for review.

I am sorry to hear that you found our unicorn cake to be too sweet.
Our unicorn cake is decorated with a buttercream icing which is our sweetest icing type and can sometimes be too sweet for some.
I would perhaps recommend trying one of our cakes with a mascarpone or cream cheese icing in future as these are not as sweet and may be more to your taste.

Simple, efficient, smooth
Birthday cake was easy to order on website. Showed all the details and information required. Checkout process was easy, though the website did have an update in the middle when i had items in basket and taking a few days to decide on the cake i wanted. But didn’t disrupt anything.
Collection was easy and quick. I came just before store closing and staff were friendly.
