I have used Rachael's kitchen several times.
Always excellent. Never disappointed.

I have already emailed Rachel's Kitchen to inform them of my experience which sadly was very disappointing. The cakes were something different and instead of a birthday cake for a very special birthday. After ordering I had a few queries which were handled ok but I eventually had to call to make sure we understood each other because I wasn't totally convinced. The cakes arrived promptly and in pristine condition. When I opened the box in front of my guests there was a gasp because they looked absolutely amazing. Unfortunately the cakes were very dry and when you put your fork into them they just crumbled. I had given some out before I realised otherwise I wouldn't have done it. What saved the day was a family member came to the party with a cake so I could use this as a substitute. Not sure why this happened because this is their core business, the bottom line is it never should.

Very grateful to whoever processed my order for accurately transcribing the note despite it being about Cake and Cunnilingus day. I’d assumed it would be typed / automatically printed - much nicer that it wasn’t. Please pass on my thanks to whomever wrote it out. P.S. neat handwriting!

The buns were fantastic apart from one, the lemon meringue was damaged like someone had put there thumb in it , obviously I know it may have been damaged in transit so I will probably not order that one next time but apart be from that the bunes tasted fantastic

I am amazed by the quality and the speed of delivery! Everything was just perfect. I couldn’t recommend more :)

Had some cupcakes delivered for my grandson, they came in the most beautiful box, presentation was lovely, cakes went down a treat, would definately recommend and will use again :)

It was two days late. The day it was first “attempted” to be redelivered the driver didn’t actually come by and knock, I don’t think he even entered the building, he also didn’t leave it on the front porch like instructed to do.
When the cakes finally arrived days after they were meant to, they were smushed.

Delivered on time, excellent 40th birthday cupcakes, my daughter was thrilled!
Very tasty, well packed and very handy tin.

Gluten-free cup cakes were a little on the dry side the icing was beautiful and delivered on the day specified.

Theorder was quick , the dwlivery service was execellent , and the cup cakes was soo 😋will defo be ordering again , thank you.🙂

They were a gift to a friend and she says the cakes were delicious, fresh and the different flavours were a treat

The cakes themselves were very tasty and arrived perfectly on time.
Unfortunately, the courier wasn't very careful and the icing was completely squashed.
However, the cakes still tasted fantastic.

Fantastic service. Ordered on Tuesday, safely delivered next day. Cakes were beautiful and tasted delicious. Very handy tin too. Highly recommend, would definitely use R's kitchen again
