Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

Excellent service
Everything was perfect from ordering to collection. Even when I had to alter the order with a change in collection date, this was not a problem.

Svar fra Lola's - Lola's Bluewater
Hello Lynne,
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am very sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience experienced on this occasion.
I can see that your order was for a medium size cake. Our boxes for the small and medium size cakes now come with integrated handles so that they can be carried with ease without a bag, this is one of the initiatives we have taken on the journey towards becoming more sustainable and to reduce waste.
I will pass on your feedback to our store teams to review and if there is anything further we can help with please feel free to send an email to hello@lolascupcakes.com
Kind regards,
Halloween cake
Ordered their Halloween cake, the cake itself was delicious and looked fantastic. The website is a bit clunky when ordering for collection from the store but everything else including the staff at the store were brilliant.

Too sugary. I enjoy fair amount of sugar but the cake we got had way too much sugar and high level of sweetness.

Svar fra Lola's - Lola's Bluewater
Hello
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
I am very sorry that you have been disappointed with your order of the cookies and cream cake on this occasion.
This cake is prepared with buttercream icing which is the sweetest type of icing we offer and can be too sweet for some based on personal preference.
I can suggest our cakes prepared with cream cheese/mascarpone icing or ganache that are less sweet in taste due to the nature of these icings.
Your feedback will of course be logged and passed on to our teams for review.
If there is anything further we can help with please feel free to send an email to hello@lolascupcakes.com
Kind regards,
BEST
Very much enjoyed
Tastier than expected and would definitely try and get this Limited addition flavour again (cinnamon bun)
