Lola's - Lola's Bluewater Anmeldelser 

I visited the Bluewater store on my birthday last week to collect my 'free' cupcake treat. The 3 stars are for the cupcake, lovely as always. Really disappointed with my visit. 4 members of staff and just me, 2 on their phones, 1 standing by the till and 1 who was just leaning up against the wall but have no idea what she was doing. Didn't acknowledge me and I had no eye contact for the whole of my transaction. To be honest I was going to purchase my actual birthday cake from the store but decided to go to M&S instead. Really disappointed with my visit and the service I received.

Excellent customer service and beautiful cake. Lola’s were able to alter my order with ease by email with no problems at all..thank you, will definately purchase again and recommend.

Easy to order and no trouble collecting cake

beautiful cake! well-packaged and easy store pick-up. Was just what we wanted for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday. Everyone was impressed and the taste of the raspberry cream sponge was just scrummy!

The service and ease of ordering the cake was great. Unfortunately the buttercream icing has a very gritty texture.

Ordered a birthday cake for my son on the 3 July it was a cookies and cream flavour cake. My son picked his flavour we were skeptical about it but to our surprise it tasted so scrumptious 😋 it was the best flavour I’ve eaten in a long time everything was just right not to sweet, moist and so so delicious.

I like Lola’s cakes and they are my go to cake shop. I’ve concluded I will be trying out different flavours from the normal ones I would usually pick.

Delicious Cake - we had a tall Moana Disney Cake for my daughter's 5th birthday along with some Moana Cupcakes. Stunning cake, and so delicious! Looking forward to trying more of the new Lola's Disney range. Absolutely superb!

Super easy and super tasty!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but with this I just had to. I ordered my daughter a naked Victoria sponge cake with fresh fruit, and omg it was unreal! I have never ever had such a nice cake, it was gorgeous and so fresh and the presentation was immaculate. The best cake ever I will definitely be back!

From collection to eating the last crumb I couldn’t be happier with my purchase from Lola’s. The cake was just how I expected it to look, picking it up on the hottest day of the year was a challenge but we managed to keep it cool in the fridge and transfer to Dorset for my daughter’s 30th birthday in our air conditioned vehicle. It arrived perfectly. It was delicious, everyone commented how moist the sponge was and how lovely it looked. I’ve finished my piece now but oh I wished I had more as it was so delicious. Highly recommend to all.

Bought two birthday cakes within a week. The naked Victoria sponge and the red velvet. Both were very tasty and looked great when presented to the birthday people. Went down very well with everyone. Would definitely recommend.
