Scone Palace, Perth and StAndrews were great days out. Thank you but Ballanter was a waste of diesel, time and travel. One church, two war memorials and a river walk to use up two hours of time. Most of the coach party spent their time in a pub till boarding time.

This was our 3rd visit with Lochs and Glens and we loved every minute.Our driver Josh was brilliant and very informative about the places we visited.
The hotel (Loch Tummel) was amazing with the most beautiful views.
All the staff were there to look after all our needs and always had the biggest smiles on their faces.
Would certainly recommend Lochs and Glens to anyone and very good value for money .
Here's to the next time.

The holiday was amazing,we enjoyed it so much.However there was times when it was too long on the bus ,some people did not know how uncomfortable it was if they put the seat back .Maybe when we get on if the driver would explain.
However we would still go again but hope you could take this on board,thank you 😁

Everything staff drivers food excursions

The coach trip and excursions were excellent, the food was very good, the hotel itself was awful. We moved rooms 3 times but only after my daughter complained to their out of hours team.

Great company and hotel, we have been at all the hotels the past, but we think the Ardgartan is the nicest one.

Poor quality pillows and cheap duvet , but warm .
Efficient staff .
Below average food , but adequate.
Nice day trips but not long enough at each place .
Fun entertainment at night .
Reasonable bar selection .

Everything was so organised ,from getting on the coach at pickup, driver was so informative, even telling stories and jokes.meals were hot ,good choices portions good.set times,
Trips well organised, and rest stops excellent..scenery amazing.
Entertainment every night ,quizzes ,bingo, staff so helpful and efficient.

Cannot fault lochs & glens for holidays, been on 3 and many more hopefully. Great staff and comfortable coach’s. Highly recommend.

The service in the restaurant was poor and the food only average

Very well organised,hotel excellent staff were wonderful as was the food. Tom our driver was great,very considerate and full of interesting knowledge of the area, always felt safe with his driving 10/10 Tom. Iversnaid Hotel great views and taking the ferry across the loch was great. Hotel rooms very clean with large bathroom. Thank you Lochs & Glens we will be booking again great holiday.

A relaxing break in a beautiful setting, good food and enjoyable entertainment. The trips out were good and we got to see a variety of places with an excellent driver

Being a coach trip, the driver is paramount in providing information relevant to the route and the views on the way. Our driver excelled in this area. Be prepared for rainy weather, in October it gets cold standing waiting. An earlier arrival of the boat across the Loch would have improved the grade.
The accommodation in the hotel was tidy, clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent.
The food was varied, with a Scottish theme at times. Portion sizes were good, and there was always more.
Overall, good value for money.
