A wonderful holiday at the Loch Achray hotel,made all the more enjoyable by our driver Nigel,who was most informative of the area and beyond!
Good food,good company and good excursions.
Northing too much trouble for the hotel staff.

Hotel excellent driver very good too much time spent driving around we're expecting visits to more places of interest ie distillery or castles their was not enough to do at the places we were taken

Had my first Lochs and Glens holiday with my late husband in 2013.Since then I have continued to go with your company. Loch Achray was the only one of your hotels I hadn't stayed in.It did not dissapoint. Looking forward to my visit to Ardgarten next month.

Enjoyed trips, company. Spoilt by very small room. No room to turn round or sit and read. Penalised for being single, which has never happened on other trips with lochs and glen .

My experience of my holiday was great. Me and my 2 friends were well looked after and the staff at the Highland hotel were very friendly. The day trips on the coach were great .Tracey and Cameron our drivers were very knowledgeable everywhere we went each day we went out .Wonderful holiday

Hotel staff good, hotel good, driver Alan was excellent. Food not bad. Weather wasn’t kind to us. Saw plenty of places. Only downside was 13 hr journey home but that can’t be helped as needed breaks.

Driver Nigel was brilliant and he made sure that everyone was happy and enjoying the holiday hotel, staff were very good. A most enjoyable holiday

Excellent value for money. Always good service at all the hotels. Drivers usually very good. Hotels are very comfortable, rooms always clean. Food good. Having travelled with your company from just after you started finding the daily trips a bit repetitive now. Still would not go to Scotland with anyone else.

Travelling on my own is always a bit daunting, but from the moment I got on the coach I felt very comfortable and at ease. We had plenty of comfort breaks on our way , good to stretch the legs.
When we reached our hotel, there was a dozen staff waiting to take our cases off the coach and up to our rooms. It was so well organised.
Everything worked so well, we knew exactly meal times, coach times, where we were going, it all worked like clockwork, as it had to with 3 coach loads plus other travellers. The staff are amazing, always smiling, nothing too much trouble.
I will certainly book with Lochs and Glens again. I booked over the phone and there again the staff were very helpful.

Generally the staff were very good and friendly. Stops at the main hotspots could be longer such as St. Andrews.

This was my seventh holiday with you and I've already booked for next March. Locks and Glens always give an excellent overall service, the staff, the food, the accommodation, the excursions and of course the coach drivers.

Really good value for money.Hotel very clean,food simple plain cooking but done very nicely.Staff very pleasant.Location beautiful,overlooking Loch Lomond.

A very good, thoughtful driver who made the tours very interesting. Breakfast was good but some of the evening meals disappointing.

The hotel room was really big. The bed was the most comfortable ever. The staff were all really lovely. The driver was very good at getting round those windy roads. The only negative was we were to long in the coach. This was not a fault of Lochs and Glen, as the holiday was a tour, but we will look for a holiday with a little less travel next time. Great company we will use them again.

My sister and sister in law and myself have just returned from Loch Tummel As is the norm, hotel, staff , drivers all superb Josh the driver in the kilt is obviously passionate about Scotland and very knowledgeable Room was clean and we could not fault our stay in any way

Staff are all very welcoming.
The places we visited are beautiful.
Value for money is another good reason for going with Lochs and Glens. It's my second time with them in four months 😃

The hotel was very good the food was good the entertainment was poor should have had bingo every night before entertainment and some trips were far too long x

The usual 5 star performance from Lochs and Glens.
The hotel is in a lovely location near the loch with mountains and trees all around.
The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with a handy little table and chairs, nice big shower cubicle with free bodywash/shampoo, and plenty of coffee and tea.
Breakfast and dinner were very nice. All freshly cooked and hot. Not a massive evening menu, but there were different dishes every night to try.
Really excellent daily excursions through spectacular scenery. Absolutely beautiful countryside.
We loved it.
We have been on several Lochs & Glens holidays now, and already have one booked for next year.
Note: there is a fair bit of coach travel, even on the days out. It was fine for us, but some people might be uncomfortable.
