Thoroughly enjoyed my short four night break in Scotland. This time staying at the Ardgarten Hotel on Loch Long.
Booking/pick up and journey there and back seamless.
Went to some nice places and welcomed on our return to the hotel each evening with a gorgeous roaring fire in the reception.
I’ve now stayed at all Loch’s & Glens hotels. Do I have a favourite? Ooh .. not sure as they are all so nice, each with their own character.
As a solo traveller I find the whole process easy and convenient.
I’ll be back again soon!

Gluten free food for a very severe coeliac. People I met, staff, accommodation, coach driver. Could do without all the shops. 9 out of 10.

Loch Achray hotel is a good all round destination. Staff great as is the dining with good choices.
Excursions could be more engaging other than " walking around a town ".

The hotel does not use free range eggs, I consider that to be criminal!
Your driver Tracey was rude and dismissive about vegetarians and rufused to recomend vegetarian eateries in Fort William, ust for the record, there are many!!
The hotel staff put me on a table on my own? ( because i explained that middle of the room acoustics were difficult for me, but i spent the week feeling very alone) There were several empty places on tables around the sides with other people on.
The last two hours of each journey were very difficult to endure..............I have no sugestion for this, sorry .

Our driver, Jo Parsley was great, very informative, good sense of humour and very helpful. The hotel was very good, clean comfortable room, staff were friendly and food was good. The location of the hotel was stunning, lovely views down the loch.

Another great 5 day trip.
Hotel is excellent, from staff to food to location.
Despite the rain we had a great time and some lovely walking on our rest day from the coach.
Only downside for me is the excursions. The are only so many times you can visit Oban, Fort William etc in a year.
Few Mrs "Buckets" on our coach who were rude to staff but hey ho, cant please all.

Would just like to see new days out to other places , I know time is important and Carnt travel to far from hotels , but lots of people have done the current trips

Beautiful hotel, room, restaurant and day rooms all immaculately clean. Staff all incredible.
Location perfect coach driver very knowledgeable.
Only one problem why oh why do you do a tour to Fort William it’s so depressing

Our pick up coach was on time & was our "main coach" no feeder coach. The driver was helpful & efficient in loading the cases and our mobility scooter. Cases and scooter were off loaded for us on arrival. Rooms were spacious with a river view, & easy to access. We had a walk in shower as per our request. The lift worked well. All mealtime arrangements were managed very efficiently. There was a good range of options at all meals. The excursions were good. The staff were friendly & hardworking. There was entertainment in the evenings. Our coach driver kept us informed of timings throughout excursions and journeys to and from the hotel. We thought it was good value for money.

The hotel was very tired and dated needs a freshen up and a good dust mattress needs replaced pictures would be good on walls smelly customer toilets drains need looked at 👎🏼

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Highland Hotel, Fort William. The level of service by all staff was exemplary. Our drivers were highly experienced, safe and reliable. The excursions were scenic and interesting and highly enjoyable despite some poor weather. Meals were very tasty and varied. The only downside is the very long journey, 13.5 hours to return to Gedney. Overall very good value for money.

The scenery and the whole trip went very well.

Wonderful holiday from being pick up from lovely feeder driver Steve, then the lovely journey to our Hotel Highland Hotel. Every thing from the features of the hotel, wonderful happy efficient staff , meals and I’m vegetarian, and dairy free problems but no problem to them so I was able to enjoy their menus for me.
The room was great and had a lovely view over Fort William town.
The Excursion very good and so interesting and it was lovely to go back to places from my previous tours with you.
I love using Lochs& Glens and look forward to my next holiday.

The Highland hotel was in a prime location with great views across the Loch, we had a brilliant double bedroom with en suite and views over the Loch which was very clean, the staff were attentive, we had 3 stops en route to our hotel which was adequate, the drive to our excursions were great with very knowledgeable drivers. The food was okay, as well as the entertainment.
