Utilizzo Locauto ormai da qualche mese ed ho preso alcune macchine alla stazione Centrale. Il posto è comodo da raggiungere ed il personale gentile, per ora mi sono sempre trovato bene come servizio e come macchine ricevute.

The paperwork process before receiving the vehicle needs improvement.
Before I received the vehicle, during the paperwork process, I would have appreciated it if you had printed out the contract details and clearly explained that I had properly purchased full coverage insurance. However, there was no such explanation, and the documents were not printed out separately for me.
Other than that, the condition of the vehicle was very good.

Additionally, as part of our corporate environmental policy to safeguard the planet, we have significantly reduced paper usage by digitalizing our documentation process. All contract details and agreements are sent directly via email rather than printed at the desk.
