The paperwork process before receiving the vehicle needs improvement.
Before I received the vehicle, during the paperwork process, I would have appreciated it if you had printed out the contract details and clearly explained that I had properly purchased full coverage insurance. However, there was no such explanation, and the documents were not printed out separately for me.
Other than that, the condition of the vehicle was very good.

All contract details and agreements are sent directly via email rather than printed at the desk.

Locauto helped us out with renting a car right away (we had problems with our pre-reservation with another company so it was cancelled). Since it was last minute the prices were a little higher than expected but the car was of high gamme and it was impeccable, so it was worth the plus fee. And I would like to thank the madame at the help desk who was super nice and helped us find a car last minute (So sorry I didnt get her name). Without Locauto we wouldn’t have been able to begin our Italy trip in the first place 🥹
We also had a train right after drop off and there was traffic so we were running late. David helped us with the check out rapidly so we could catch our train. Thank you so much !

Je paie 2 jours pour 26 heures de location et on ne veut pas que je laisse quelques heures la voiture sur place (besoin en dehors de leur heures d'ouverture). Et quand je demande conseil pour un parking on me répond que ce n'est pas leur boulot. Service client à revoir donc.

We would like to clarify that the payment and pricing for your rental were processed through the broker's website where you placed your booking. The rate applied is based strictly on the pick-up and drop-off times selected during the reservation process.
Regarding leaving the vehicle at our branch, please note that Locauto parking cannot be used for private parking outside of operating hours due to safety regulations and operational constraints.
We sincerely apologize if the communication regarding local parking alternatives was not as helpful as it should have been. We take your comments seriously and will work with our team to improve our customer service moving forward.
