I have only the phone service
I have only the phone service. I have found this very reliable and any problems dealt with English speakers efficiently. To have a full program dealt wìth in your own language is very reassuring. I do speak a little Spanish but have run into some bureacratic nightmares with various companies in the past! Can't comment on the internet service have never used it. Thank you RJC.👍

Hands down the best mobile provider in Spain. Great value for money, no hidden costs and great service. Had a good experience with customer service they were helpful and polite and they answered the call which many mobile providers don’t do!

Great Service and Prices in English
I only have the mobile service and find it simple to use, with great support, in English—great prices and service both in Spain and when traveling to the UK. I recommend Lobster when friends are struggling with other providers.

My agent is Julie in the Ondara centro commercial and she is exceptional No other word describes her friendly, professional, customer focused demeanor. She helped me reset my payment within a few minutes of receiving my problem and in the past has responded to queries etc almost immediately and more importantly resolved them correctly. This is one person that is invaluable to your companys' operations and a complete assett. Well done Julie!

We had the pleasure of meeting Julie your Lobster representative at the Ondara Commercial centre at least 5years ago.
Her knowledge coupled with utmost care and politeness dealing with all our queries (which are many ) are always dealt extreme professionalism. She is A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY .
With regard to the telephone customer service , having spent approximately 15 / 20 mins on hold , once we get through they are always polite and helpful .
