Backoffice sucks but daily operations ok
I'm happy with the coverage, but the website and app really needs improvement. If I want to change anything, I ALWAYS end up having to call customer service. They are friendly enough, but it takes at least 30 minutes waiting time before I get to talk to an agent, it's just very annoying and unnecessary if they would just invest in proper IT.
EDIT TO ADD: The guy on the phone told me he changed my plan. I asked him if I would get a confirmation he told me yes. It's now 1.5 hours later. No confirmation and no change in mobile plan, and since I am still unable to change it myself, I need to call again and now I'm number 5 in the queue.... from 3 to 2 stars.

Have had no issues with Lobster Mobile…
Have had no issues with Lobster Mobile data, took literary took 2 minutes to set up, no fuss, amazing data package. Haven't been in contact with customer services as nothing has gone wrong. Good value and coverage has been very good.

Best mobile network provider in Spain
Best mobile network provider in Spain! All in English, free calls UK & Spain, cheap data packages, had them over 10 years never any problem with coverage or service ever. Totally great all round!

I use a dual sym setup
I use a dual sym setup, one for home the other being lobster as I travel a lot throughout the EU, find it so simple to use automatically switching from networks as required by country, lobster 🦞 is definitely value for money 👌

Lobster is perfect for me!
The price is excellent, the service is excellent, and I have had zero problems over the past year or so. I get 200 GB of data every four weeks, and to be honest, I'm lucky if I use up 1 GB in that time. The cost is less than any other service I can find, which is perfect, and I get unlimited free calls to the UK and other countries. I certainly recommend Lobster!

Does just what it says on the tin!Good customer service in English. Good data. Includes calls and (most) texts to Spain and the UK. I pay by dd and never have a problem. My partner also uses this supplier, and is very happy with it.
