When Traveling through Europe I lost…all use of my phone
When Traveling through Europe I lost all connection but my Wife’s phone was working ok so at about 9pm I used her phone to call Lobster and within a couple of minutes the lady on the other end sorted everything out and I haven’t had a problem since really good back up service.

I have been with lobster mobile for 5…
I have been with lobster mobile for 5 years and have only had to contact customer service once and the problem was cleared up efficiently and the representative was very helpful. I am on the middle plan and as I have been in hospital for an very long time the amount of data each month allows me to use my phone and iPad all month long without charges! I would thoroughly recommend Lobster to anyone moving to Spain from the UK .

I contacted Lobster asap when I bought my house. They were responsive, quick , easy to deal with and arrived at the house with 5days to set everything up for me. Fibre is fast , great for what I need , and the mobil.pwckage is fantastic and I get a discount because I have broadband also. I can't fault the company, and have already recommended a friend .

The service is first class
The service is first class the prices are very competitive and I’ve been given loads of extra data at no cost. It can’t be beaten for value and the fact of the excellent roaming is a bonus

I find Lobster service is very good…
I find Lobster service is very good especially helpful being all our contact is in English. Calls to England are important to us keeping us in touch with family and friends so not being charged is a great bonus. We also have Fibre and that is also a great service.

All in English compared to other company's don't work Sundays which if you need to sort a problem or emergency on a Sunday not good apart from that value for what you pay great

Lobster is a very reasonable option…
Lobster is a very reasonable option living in Spain and having friends and family in different countries. Since upgrading to 5G it is even better.
My only slight complaint is the data speeds are a little slow when using in another country.
