Used Lobster for about 5 years now and have been very happy with them. We visit Spain regularly as have our own place and find it invaluable being able to stop and start the plan. Have had no problems and like the fact that the customer service agents speak English.

Excellent service from friendly customer service although at times it takes a while to get through. Price plans are well priced and very competative. A huge plus is the service provided is in English. Would highly recommend Lobster to any English ex pat looking for a mobile network in Spain

Great network
My wife and I have been with lobster for several years now without issue and for a fraction of the price we used to pay. I would say you would find it hard to beat them and always recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you lobster!

I highly recommend Lobstwe. To be able to speak English if you have a concern/question is fantastic. Their help desk is amazing.
If there is anything I would ask for it is to upgrade their connectivity. LTE is slow and very outdated.

From day one Lobster halved my bill gave me a better service in Spain and the UK so in honesty they more than halved my bill yes I have had to contact customer services on two occasions but they dealt with my issue in a very professional way so it was not a problem. My internet is much superior than before I can't fault Lobster they are simply the Best.
