Excellent complete service
Very good prices for the plans given. The service is all in English which helps when you get a problem, which they usually resolve very quickly and efficiently. Very good they include calls and data when traveling in the UK and across Europe

6 years on and still happy
I live in Spain and have been with Lobster for mobile for 6 years. I had problems with my SIM not working each time I returned to the UK. I spoke to customer services who talked me through how to rectify it, and sent me an email with full instructions. I've not had that problem for a long time now, so maybe they fixed whatever the problem was. But I was happy with the outcome. I also had a problem in that I was using my mobile data a lot in the UK as I was needing to satnav several times a day, so my data got used up. I again spoke to customer service who quickly found a way around the problem. I have found them to be very helpful. For me, Lobster is excellent value.

How cheap and efficient the Lobster service is
I have used Lobster for quite a while. I find it so easy being Spain. Everyone is so helpful. The plans are so versatile there's something for everyone. Customer service is fabulous

I am still waiting for my credit
I am still waiting for my credit due to the technical problems Lobster experienced at the end of March/ beginning of April.
I am most impressed by the many pages of 5* reviews that have appeared since my 1* review. Prior to a week ago there were relatively less reviews so I presume their customer service must have improved beyond recognition.
I am still awaiting the promised response and credit but not holding my breath.

Lobster makes other companies look like amatuers. I have used all the top suppliers in the UK for travel needs and they are very poor, supply, solving problems etc. Lobster fulfils all needs , great contact availability when questions to be answered. Why would anyone use another supplier?

Unfortunately Lobsters property locations are not up to date as far as new build homes are concerned, and I was therefore unable to get a contract.
Sam kept me fully informed throughout the process.

As an English person living in Spain
As an English person living in Spain, with still poor Spanish language ability, it is great to have a Spanish mobile phone and number, but with bills and the help desk all in English.
Also very good value for money, plenty of data, I've never been short in the last year. Reception is excellent, I have never lost the phone signal that I have noticed.
I have broad band over fibre in my home from lobster as well. My TV is generally ok but at times I have found that the signal is buffering more than I would like. In theory I have A1 gabit download speed but it sometimes doesn't feel like it. But at least when it did get very bad. I could speak to someone in English to get the problem looked at.

Works for me
We have three phones with Lobster and have never had a problem that customer service couldn't fix even when roaming. They certainly can't be beaten on price for the service they provide. Would highly recommend.

Last time i contacted Lobster whilst in the UK because i lost my internet it took me 45minutes to get through, and was told to click on EE, thant wasn't even in my server options. Ended up sorting proble myself.

After 6+ years service no negative issues
After 6+ years I have had no negative issues with Lobster. Excellent value, has worked 99.9% of the time. Occasional signal drop when driving, normal in Spain. Even get a good signal and 5G in a rural location 1000m up in the mountains in Almeria.
Free UK calls and UK roaming are very good. Roaming auto-connects every time I travel.
