This is not true. You sent the image and even from the image you sent. The “expiry” date was clear to see. This is a ridiculous allegation based on how many dermal fillers we sell. To put a one star review after us pointing out clearly where the expiry date is on the image you sent and also offering you to return them if unhappy is wild. But thank you for your feedback. It means a lot to us.

The most blatant SCAM
His tactic is to cancel the order, ask you to make a new one, never refunds and tries to take as much money as possible without sending anything. Even admitted it and started cussing. Funny thing is he doesnt know how consumer protection laws work. All the reports have been filed and will take him down ASAP. Beware of the fake reviews and dont even try to buy anything here. He had to change the business name SEVERAL times because of bad reviews (59 negative reviews on his last trustpilot business name)! EDIT: No, I do not have the wrong business, scammer (and you know that).

Product arrived with no film covering…
**I see below reply but its a pity it took me posting here instead of responding to the email I sent 5 days ago. I did Google and emailed the manufacturer, neither answered my question. As stated in my email product also looked like it had been opened and the box had wear and tear on it. I was very satisfied with my first purchase and it was after than that another injector said she thought ur company wasn't reliable but given that I had received the first purchase in proper packaging and it was effective I had no reason for concern. You really expected me to use a product I inject into someone without being 100% sure it is safe??! **Product arrived with no film covering inside unopened postage bag - it had a film covering the time I purchased before. It looked like it had been opened previously. I emailed and received no reply. I am afraid to use the product. Maybe someone can confirm Aqualyx should have a film covering - it's the box with 10 vials. Someone told me this company is not genuine so now I'm wondering if they were right even tho my previous experience was fine.

This shouldn’t warrant a one star review. Firstly this is a product. You ordered. It was sent and delivered in time.
As you Maybe aware we are currently in a plastic crisis and a lot of companies are cutting back on using plastics IE film, like the company aqualyx
This doesn’t mean the product is fake. All of our products are licensed and legitimate products. We wouldn’t be able to run as a business if this was the case. A simple google search would have gave you the answers or calling us as a company.
And if someone told you we are a company that are not genuine. Then why would you buy and write a one star review among the 90% good reviews.
If you think a company is not genuine I would suggest checking companies house to see if they’re on there. Search the VAT registers to see if they are on there if your answer is no. Then don’t buy. If the answers is yes then we have a legitimate company.
