Very efficient & helpful when I needed some questions answering. The product range was great & postage was much quicker than I expected.

Would not recommend.
Ordered on the 29th of December. It’s now the 8th of January & I still don’t have my order. I queried where it was on the 31st of December only to be told they were closed all over Christmas until the 5th of January, although there was nothing about this on their website & nothing stated when I ordered - it still said next day delivery was available. I replied immediately to this email & asked to cancel my order as this was then going to be too late but then received an automatic email saying ‘sorry we’re closed until the 5th’ even though the first response had not been automatic.
I sent another email expressly asking to cancel my order, however they ignored this & sent my order out anyway. But now it appears to have got lost with Royal Mail - I have contacted them to try & help as when I tried to speak to Royal Mail they just said to speak to who I bought it from, but they are unwilling to assist me. So I’m without money or the product. I won’t be using them again.

As outlined previously, your initial contact was made while we were closed, during which time we were not responding to enquiries. Once we reopened, we addressed your message promptly.
At present, Royal Mail’s tracking confirms that the parcel is in a designated safe place, which is information taken directly from the tracking you shared with us. As such, Royal Mail are still in possession of the parcel and have not classified it as lost.
We advised that we are able to take action once Royal Mail either confirm a loss, the parcel is returned to us, or it is delivered to your address. Until one of these outcomes occurs, the matter remains with Royal Mail.
We appreciate your patience and will, of course, assist further as soon as Royal Mail’s status changes

So i placed an order for 2 items and…
So i placed an order for 2 items and I've only received one item not happy about that as nothing to say why, however I've emailed and have now had a response and the other item was not in stock, this has now been refunded just waiting for this to go back in my bank .
And have been advised if i re order once in stock i will received item. I will review again once i have completed this.

Waiting for a refund for products which…
Waiting for a refund for products which were not sent and missing from packaging. As a result i lost clients. When asked i was told they had tried to contact me to say items were not available but i did not hear from them. I asked how long it would be before i would receive the missing items and received no response. I have now asked for a refund and again, no reply

Wrong item’s sent couldn’t get through…
Wrong item’s sent couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone. Just kept ringing with them a message they were busy. After 3 attempts I gave up. Had to email got a reply 11-00pm the next night. Told me to return them and they would ship out the correct products. Then the next day they said we have issued a refund and I had to order them again. I don’t think so I used a supplier that can cope with my order correctly. Stay well clear useless

What a silly review this is.
You got given the wrong product. We apologised. We asked you to send it back. We refunded it you before we even got it back and told you to re order the new product, where it could be rectified.
Mistakes happen. We accept that. But when rectifying it in the way we did which was swif and accurate within 24h. How you having a little cry about it??? We love all our customers. We respect them all too. But if you’re going to have a little cry about an accidental order which has been refunded and sorted quickly then we’re sorry.
I hope you get yourself back on your feet soon x

Could you please contact us and explain the situation in a bit more depth so one of the team can resolve it for you.
All of our products are industry standard products which can be reviewed by our 5 star reviews on here which are actually verified by Trustpilot as official customers. Unlike this one.
And the fact it seems like you have took it upon yourself to attack a person rather than a company or experience is something we would love to speak about and get to the bottom of.
So if you please contact the office or the person you’re referring to in this review. Then we can resolve any issues. But this review is not based on an experience as it doesn’t have much context to it and we don’t have a clue what scenario we’re dealing with and are finding it pretty hard to resolve with the lack of information we have.
