While looking for a place in Lille from abroad, LivinFrance was the perfect solution. It was difficult to find a place for just one semester as an international student, especially if you're not in the country. Alban did his best to get me and two friends in one house.

When first arriving at the house Alban and Arthur gave us a nice welcome and also insider tips of the city. The house was fine, but had some disadvantages. When LivinFrance learned about this, they stopped offering this to new clients, this shows that they truly care about their clients.

I would definitely recommend this company to others!

This company has made my exchange harder than it actually was. Appointments that were made were cancelled or no one showed up. We were supposed to get help with filling in forms. Overall I did not receive the help we payed for. Maybe more business and less friendly behavior.

The only reason I give ANY stars is because Alban helped with my banking information and the housing situation. I was greatly disappointed by the entire experience, as he recommended a house in a bad part of town with many issues. I understand he is not the landlord but he put his name on that house and recommended it to me for my semester abroad and it was a disaster. I was also disappointed by how difficult he was to get in contact with. It took me over a week to get in touch with Alban when I finally found out he had been casually messaging someone I lived with. The fact that he chose to ignore my messages when I needed help but flirt with someone else in the house was appalling. Lastly, I was disgusted by the way he conducted himself in person, telling inappropriate personal stories when he should've been conducting business. Overall Alban is a nice guy if you want a friend but I do not recommend his services.

Livin France is a great and safe choice. They were very available and helped me with all kinds of questions. I already recommended them to some friends. :)
