LivinFrance est un concept simple et pratique pour les étudiants internationaux. J'ai également trouvé un très bon appartement ici. MAIS c'était après avoir d'abord vécu 2,5 mois dans un appartement que j'avais également trouvé via LivinFrance.

Le premier appartement était horrible. Tout était de travers, cassé ou sale. La prétendue chambre meublée ne contenait qu'une armoire, une lampe, un bureau à moitié cassé et un lit avec d'énormes taches jaunes/noires. La machine à laver partagée était apparemment en panne depuis un an et le sol collait de tous les côtés (impossible à nettoyer). Je ne vais pas énumérer tous les défauts pour rester bref. Quoi qu'il en soit, je n'ai aucune confiance dans le fait qu'ils ont vérifié toutes les maisons à l'avance comme indiqué partout sur leur site web. J'ai également eu une très mauvaise expérience avec l'agence de location avec laquelle ils travaillent (voir mon avis sur OQORO). Heureusement, je n'ai pas eu à payer à nouveau leurs frais pour changer de logement.

Ils sont assez facilement joignables, amicaux et réagissent relativement rapidement. En général, ce n'est donc pas un mauvais site, mais il n'est certainement pas garanti qu'il s'agira toujours d'un bon logement.

En résumé, mon expérience avec LivinFrance a été exceptionnelle, et je les recommande vivement. C'est l'assurance d'une installation réussie et sereine en France. Vraiment top, je recommande sans hésiter !

The rooms they indicate are not up to date. Twice, I paid to reserve, and they told me that they had already rented the rooms or that it was impossible to rent them to students who would be doing internships (which I understand).
After several weeks of searching, I had to pay since July for the room even though my classes would start in September because otherwise they would not rent me the room. Whose conditions were those?? From COLOCATERE, an agency that has hundreds of rooms in Toulouse.
Surprisingly, nowhere in the apartment had been cleaned when I got to my room. I found fingernails on the floor, hair, everything was covered with dust, and the bathroom was stained to the floor (pee, yes). What did they do after multiple emails asking for an explanation? They replied: "After evaluation, it was decided not to intervene".
Pd: After signing the contract and paying, the LivinFrance people are not helpful in anything else. I have contacted Tiao looking for help with all these problems I have had since I arrived in the room, and there has been no response at all.

Alternatives? Not many. LivinFrance is safe to use even though their customer service is lousy and their partner agencies are a nightmare.

For an exchange student, this is one of the best services out there, everything is easy to understand. The procedures to complete before and once arriving in France are easy to do and informative. With my studies if I had to do all this myself, it would be time consuming and frustrating to translate and understand everything since France has many rules and procedures to follow.

I would highly recommend this to everyone who is looking to come study in France and wants their basic needs that includes your housing and guides to complete administrative procedures as well as subscribing to necessary public services (ex: house insurance, civil liability, travel insurance etc.)

Comment faire pour trouver ma bourse d'étude

Not even worth a star.

Booked and paid for a room starting on Aug 1st. July 27th told me they made a mistake and my room is rent to others.

I've kept asking for update through July 27th, and all they said is to be patient. Then my room was gone because of their mistake.

At the point I don't even have choices even I wanted to find a room on other platforms, the rooms are either too expensive or too shabby to live because the good ones were rented out !

And Livinfrance promised to provide help, but actually they gave me a room they is far from my needs and vanished for a week.
So I don't even have a chance to book the room, because when they came back to me. Of course, there is no room available 😉
