I thought I was buying a big comfy cotton hoodie. Omg was I wrong. It is horrible fabric and as I have a skin condition I can't even wear it. Not pleased at all. WM

Excellent customer care
Excellent customer care, all contact has been not only helpful, but welcomed. I have worn the hoodie for a week, on and off, everywhere I go I receive comments and compliments on it. Even had an aging biker group asking about it! I have been asked about it on the canals of Yorkshire and in the city streets of Leeds, and in the setting for the to programme ‘last of the summer wine’ which is holmfirth. More recently in a supermarket where I was stopped four times and asked where I bought it. I have given the site address each time. Along with this it is so comfortable to wear.

Poor Quality, Faulty Garments an No customer service!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I ordered two T.shirts and two hoodies.
When they arrived I noticed the quality of the hoodies were poor and one T-shirt had a ladder going down the neck line and the other T-shirt had stitching missing. I have emailed Live2Live on several occasions and have heard nothing back.
The message they promote on their clothing is positive however their work ethic as a company is not as positive.
I wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t be buying from them again!!!

Ordered hoodies for myself
Ordered hoodies for myself, my daughter and my son. Awful material but a great message so kept them. After a couple of wears and once in the washing machine it looks like it has had a fight with velcro. The bobbles on it make it look like I have had it for years. Also it ships from China but they don't make you aware of that, so it took ages. Should have just ordered the ones off Shein as they are probably the same crappy material but a quarter of the price.

Absolutely disgusting so called…
Absolutely disgusting so called company. Waited ages for a hoodie to arrive the quality is absolutely appalling and its about 2 sizes smaller than it says.
I originally wanted a bigger size but after 15 emails and me embarrassingly having to send a photo to show it didn't fit. They finally agreed to send me a replacement and i could keep the other one but I had to pay shipping. I paid £5 originally but this time its £12 shipping when I asked why so much they said a glitch i had to pay normal price of £7 and if there was a problem they would refund it. After so many emails I've just had enough so have asked to get a refund and send the hoodie back. Now all of a sudden I have to ship it at my expense to the US. Which im sure will cost more than I paid for the hoodie originally. It's a con they are not the company they say they are yet are posting adverts saying we are the original ones. Don't buy anything from them its a scam.scam scam

I'm confused
I'm confused. I ordered 4 hoodies and eventually they arrived. Then I received many messages from my bank saying that they refused ever to deal with this company, and further emails arrived from Live2Live containing advertising material but no mention of not having been paid. I want to pay for the adequate (but a bit disappointing - sizing, colour, printing - the photos looked a lot more classy) goods since I have them. Does the firm have Paypal? Let me know, please.
My bank has protected me from stealth charging it seems from reading the reviews, and I'm grateful they look after my interests. How would my mental health and wellbeing have survived the irony else?

From one veteran to others, a great product
Firstly the 1 star ratings saying the quality is poor and you can see through the material are complete rubbish, fakes. Which is bloody annoying on a site dedicated to spreading a great message. I already have a t-shirt and wear it all the time, great quality. I am waiting for the delivery of my hoodie. You know people have read the message as you turn around because they raise their eyes to yours and you can see a spark of appreciation for the words and sentiment.
