I wish I read reviews first. I ordered as the idea behind the hoodies is close to my heart. Having lost someone close due to mental health. I finally received my order and the quality is shocking. It looks nothing like the colour. I ordered cream and I was sent a awful off white yellow. The transfers are clearly just iron and the material is cheap nylon.
Seems like the whole business is setup to take advantage of vulnerable people thinking they are helping a worthy cause. Do not get sacked in. I have requested a refund. I do not hold out much hope.
Update ** they will not offer a refund. Do not order from them!!

Sadly, this appears to be a scam. All the lovely warm words - for an issue that needs understanding and support - mean little if the product never arrives. Trying to find out its whereabouts; trying to get a response; trying to stop the endless automated emails - all seemingly impossible. My advice? Steer well clear. Another mass produced, Chinese product - heaven know under what conditions they’re being produced

Was really disappointed with the quality of my item. It was cheap nylon fabric, the kind that makes you go all static, and you can see that the letters are simply iron on transfers. it was slow to arrive to.

I ordered 2 zip up hoodies and I absolutely love them! They are soft, warm, and very comfy!
I am leary when ordering online because of so many fake sites... but God knew what He was doing when I ordered from this company! I work with people who suffer from severe and persistent mental illness due to many reasons... I, myself suffer from mental illness and a TBI since September 2022. I am also a suicide survivor (2003). I will wear this hoodie and soon to arrive T-shirt with tremendous pride! Because I am enough!! God's not finished with my story!!! Love the message! Purchased on May 4, 2026 and received on May 16th. Purchased for my children in honor of their brother (my youngest son attempted to suicide). He is still with us, but did suffer an ABI due to it. Older son and girlfriend loved the sweatshirts very much, they are used to thicker/heavier material, but liked the lighter fabric on these. I purchased a shirt for myself and received many kind words from strangers. It was doing what it was intended to do… bring awareness and start a conversation. So happy with my item's that I ordered again on May 18th, sweatshirts and shirts for my husband and myself. Conversation is the key! Our son hid his depression with humor. Check on your people, even the strong ones. You truly never know what someone is feeling.
Sorry to read that others did not have the same experience with live2live that I did. The company has been great with sending me welcome emails. I would recommend and will be buying more items in the future.

Poor customer service
Sadly ordering from this company is disappointing. Lots of promises to deliver but just that promises. They never came to anything and the hoodies never arrived. Their customer services never chased it with Evri and Evri are just completely incapable of getting their act together. I would guess the package has been stolen either at everI or L2L. Either way I am £43 out of pocket.

I love these hoodies
I love these hoodies. I have lost multiple people from taking their own lives. I also have PTSD,Depression and anxiety and used to self harm when I was younger before I became a mom and got a reason to keep moving. These hoodies don't only help others they help me also. I love when people stop me and tell me that they love the hoody and the message it sends it makes my day. I know how the rough days are,and if I can help make someone's day better by wearing it it makes my day better too. Next is the t shirts. Hoping to be able to get them soon. My daughter lost her father due to feeling this way and I wish the world was a better place. If I can help make it better by wearing the hoody every day like I do it makes me feel like I'm helping someone's loved one and maybe third day will be a little bit more okay than it was.

Amazingly soft Hoodies, Love the colours
I have bought numerous items , hoodies, t shirts and caps
All arrived in a lovely zip bag with their logo on. Only one thing, the sizes AREA true to size so if you like them baggy like I do, order 2 sizes bigger. The material is amazingly soft and very comfortable to wear, my kids love wearing them. Great message for anyone to read and feel good about themselves. Get buying and spread the love. you wont regret it. Like me, you will end up buying more. Delivery can be a bit slow but well worth the wait.

Suffering badly from severe anxiety and depression again saw an ad from these wonderful people & saw an orange hoodie with a heartfelt message written on the back worn it twice 3 times “can I read that again “

I ordered a hoodie a couple of months ago from live2live that cost i believe was £27,
Only to 4 weeks later notice that they were taking £13 a week out of my bank as some sort of subscription? A subscription that I could not find anywhere in the description on the website, I emailed the company about this for a refund and they basically said sorry this happened snd nothing else.
