My family history is quite tragic. I've lost 5 immediate members of my family to suicide, This hoodie keeps reminding me that I'm not the only one going through difficult times and it is very comforting to know others understand and show empathy and kindness. It isn't always easy to climb up out of that dark hole until someone extends their hand.

I am confused by the negative feedback I have seen on here.
My experiences have been nothing but positive, the message is great, I have had tons of positive interactions wearing them. I wear mine all the time. I own 5 sweatshirts and 2 t-shirts. I have ordered from them 3 times now, and all shipments have arrived in a very reasonable time. Yes..... They do ship from China. But compared to other things I have purchased that have come from there. Everything arrived in good shape and within 2 weeks. The quality and softness of the product is great. Definately worth the price.

The hoodie and material is great, but a 2XL is too small for me at 6'3 205lbs. Be aware of that

and embossed logo on arm to prove it's legitimate took ages to arrive when it did same quality as old style and no embossed logo just cheap iron on
It cost me £48 with delivery too…
I could of just printed this myself at half the price…

Company is a scam. Can’t confirm if any money goes to charity therefore it is just another business profiting off mental health.

Ordered a hoodie after seeing the adverts for them and having lost many people to suicide I thought its a nice way of showing my support, it's been 10 days and still no sign, on the tracker it seems to be somewhere around china town in London 🤦🏼‍♀️ such a massive disappointment and a let down thinking your supporting a good course, when by the looks of it there just scamming you, I will just go and buy one and get it printed myself !!

Contrary to other reviews here I have only good things to say. I was gifted a hoodie as a present last Christmas and found it to be good quality, so much so I ordered 3 more. These arrived quickly and are also good, no fraying seams or cuffs ( as on other hoodies) and comfortable material. I’ve had a number of people comment on the words…all of whom have been positive.

Cheap hoody I could of bought of Temu for 3.99 and printed it myself what a pile of crock , never will I buy again very disappointed

I ordered the hoodie in good faith, I followed this by purchasing a T shirt and a bag.
The hoodie arrived and to say I have been upset is an understatement. The shoddy quality of the thing is so cheap and nasty if you put it on I’m sure you would sweat.
I emailed the company straight away I got an apology and was told they have since changed suppliers due to the quality issues, they offered to send me one of these and said for me to donate the original one to somewhere.
I have since had 5 more emails asking for money for shipping, however they are unable to tell me how much this will be!
After this I have asked for a refund - and now they want the hoodie back and I have to pay for shipping to them and they will take money off my refund if they have to pay anything.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS THAT USE PEOPLES ILL HEALTH TO GET MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENCES.

BEWARE SCAM SITE I put an item in the cart to purchase on the first of the month when I closed the site I received an email saying the order went through overdrawing my account i emailed them asking to cancel the order and the response was no they do have a return policy for 30 days in original packaging which I will do and hope I also get the ridiculous shipping fee back as well DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE they sell shirts with a meaningful message on them but you can buy those shirts on several different sites for half the price including Temu and AliExpress , if you go to this site they are going to pretend you ordered something when you didn’t , the order hadn’t even processed and still hasn’t but they said I mistakenly ordered it so there’s nothing they can do about it even though their site either has a problem that needs fixed or they’re doing it on purpose either way BEWARE OF THIS SCAM SITE

BEWARE! I was going to order a shirt from them because of the meaningful message printed on them, I put one in my cart so I could order it on the first of next month when I get paid then I closed the site and immediately got an email saying that the order went through, so that overdrew my account I immediately emailed them about canceling the order, they emailed back saying no they can’t do that, even though it still hasn’t processed, their refund policy says it can be returned within 30 days in original packaging, which I will do and I’m hoping it includes the ridiculous shipping fee, but my warning to everyone is stay off of that site unless you want to pay for items you didn’t order, and by the way you can find these meaningful quotes on shirts at Temu and AliExpress and a couple other sites for half the price I have since found out, BEWARE!

Was quick and easy to order, discount on offer was good, that’s why I bought another hoodie. Disappointed they don’t yet stock polo shirts as I think they are a lot smarter than just plain T-shirts.ships quick with Royal Mail delivery none of these drivers that park anywhere in your Road blocking it for other cars and chucking the package on the floor outside the porch

Most miserable experience.
Poor quality sweatshirt.
They make it very difficult and expensive to return. Garment was made in, and shipped from China and needs to be returned to Australia. Refund will end up being about $5 after original shipping and return shipping. It’s a scam. It took 16 back and forth emails just to get their return address.
Should’ve checked reviews regarding this site Live2Live, which changed their name 3x, assuming to avoid the onslaught of bad reviews.
Sad to take a suicide prevention shirt and turn it into and awful experience and a sham.

Thank you to all negative comments before I purchase anything I always come to Trust pilot to see what’s happening and I’m so glad I did on this I had stuff in a cart to buy but no longer thx to everyone and this website for doing this forum!!

Saw the hoodies and as a guy who has lost mates to mental health decided to buy one and fly the flag. Big mistake.

Let’s start with the hoodie itself. The quality isn’t great, but that’s nothing compared to the operating practices of this company.

A few weeks after buying my hoodie I checked my online banking to see that I had been charged £14 for access to an app I didn’t want, or request for a monthly subscription to a ‘mental health app’. It’s a rolling subscription and the subscription is not made clear when buying the hoodie. Furthermore, the website is garbage and you need to contact customer services to navigate to the page where you can cancel said subscription!

This company is an absolute sham, profiting from people who feel they’re being supportive of those in genuine mental health crises. Please avoid, do not buy their tat!

My hoodie arrived on time was kept well informed
The hoodie is well made nice and clear wording fits really well and easy to order

Love the T shirts, hoodies and zipped hoodies, they wear well, wash well and amount of people who comment I recommend as cannot fault them, Fantastic Service and helps everyone!!! 👏
