INCREDIBLE customer service from everyone on their team to help get me the correct shade when I ordered a shade that wasn't a match.

Prompt and helpful customer experience with changing an order and shade selection. Lisa Eldridge lipsticks are among the very very few I’ve found to combine superior performance (don’t creep in lip lines) with nuanced shade selection, comfortable wear and absence of irritants/scent. These are far more luxurious in usage and experience than others of much higher prices.

I’m really happy with the customer service I received. The email replies were thoughtful and detailed, and the shade recommendations were very professional and helpful. Being able to try the samples at home made it much easier to find the right shade for me. I really appreciate all the help and will definitely be purchasing the foundation!

I’ve had the most incredible experience with Lisa’s online support team! On several occasions I’ve reached out for shade recommendations. Their very knowledgeable team gave quick thoughtful & thorough responses to help guide me. They took the time to reference a photo of myself before making suggestions. I felt that they really understood Lisa’s product line. I am waiting for an order to arrive & hope the shade recommendations work well with my skin tone. I have no experience on how they handle returns if a product doesn’t work.

Last week I visited Lisa Eldridge's Beauty counter at Liberty. I am new to the brand, so wanted to discuss products with a dedicated staff member directly. I was fortunate enough to be served by Mehreen, who was kind, super knowledgeable about Lisa's products, extremely helpful (especially when it came to matching colour palettes etc.) and utterly patient with any questions I had. All in all, I had a great shopping experience and was really fortunate to be served by a sincere brand ambassador.

I am definitely always amazed with Lisa’s Customer Service Team. Every single time I have a concern or question and write to them, their reply is almost immediate! Not only are all her products fresh, stunning, beautiful and must importantly amazing to use and wear, but her team is honestly, by far, the best one I have yet to work with. Lisa’s products are beautifully and thoughtfully made. She’s a true artist, but makes her products so accessible and easy to use. I have always had great experiences both in-store and online when shopping and the customer service is second to none. If you do have a rare issue they are so responsive and sort it out immediately. I’ve recently moved from London back to Australia but will continue to purchase from LE because I’ve had such positive experiences and love the products.

Lisa's customer service team contacted me after I left a poor review of the Kitten Flick eyeliner. After reviewing it, and particularly the video I posted under the review of the product not performing, they got in touch to let me know I got a defective product. They promptly found a solution: a replacement at no additional cost to me, even though I live in a country where Lisa Eldridge products are not sold directly.
