I had a great shopping experience on the website. It turned out however that I had to return my purchase (didn’t like the color). The return experience was amazing. It was a weekend but I got the response to my return request super fast. I was offered different options for the return and I indicated my preference. The refund was processed just in a few minutes. The Customer Service was represented by Naomi and I would like to thank her personally, as well as to extend my gratitude to the entire team: your help and service attitude is very much appreciated! I live between the US and Europe, and until now I had always bought Lisa Eldridge products online in Europe. I’ve always had a great experience and have been especially impressed by their customer service and how helpful they are with choosing the right products, even when shopping online.
So when the SoHo pop-up opened in New York, of course I had to go and see it in person.

First, the store itself is absolutely beautiful. The design, the atmosphere — you can really feel Lisa’s passion for makeup, art and design in the space. There is also a beautiful Marilyn Monroe display connected to the latest collection, with a vanity and some personal items, which was so cool to see in person.
But what really made the experience special were the amazing MUA ladies working there. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed and very natural. MUA were so lovely, genuinely knowledgeable and passionate about the products, but most importantly: honest! (I genuinely connected with them, which made the whole experience feel even more personal and special).

I shop in high-end beauty stores a lot, and usually there’s always some pressure to buy...Here, it was totally different. No pushing, no sales vibe, just honest advice. If something didn’t suit me, they told me. They genuinely wanted to help me find what looked good on me.
(One of the girls even walked outside with me to check a shade on my skin in natural daylight. No one has ever done that for me in a makeup store before).
That’s why I trusted their advice — and why I came back the very next day and bought even more. Not because anyone convinced me to, but because I wanted to.

Thank you so much, Lindsey, for your help, and a huge thank you to the lovely girl who helped me the day before — I’m so sorry I lost the little note with your name! Thank you so much for helping me find the right shades of lipstick, foundation, lip liner and eyeshadow. And thank God for Foundation 9.5 Olive — it’s amazing! And my obsession, Butterfly Light — this highlighter is a godsend. ❤️

I really enjoy Lisa Eldridge products. The shades are beautifully curated, and the textures, especially the Velatura Balm, feel effortless and enhance your natural beauty. And their customer support team is excellent—friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond. When my Velatura Balm arrived damaged, Olivia handled the issue smoothly and arranged a replacement right away. Great products and great customer service!

The products are awesome and the support team even more awesome.

Lisa has truly the lipsticks made by lipstick lover (this is my favourite make up ever), because it’s not about how they look, it’s also about how they feel and how you feel wearing them.

Her team is one of the best I’ve ever encountered, in terms of knowledge, shade matching help and overall love for their craft.

They’re remarkable on every sense of the word.

When you buy one of Lisa’s products you know you’re getting something truly amazing, but there’s something more than that. She has one of the most amazing teams! They’re always ready to help with any questions you may have and they do it with such kindness. They deserve more than five stars!

There was a bit of delay with my shipment due to a product being out of stock, but Lisa's support team offered several solutions and dealt with the matter swiftly and professionally. I always feel very supported by Lisa's team. Truly exceptional customer service. 🙂

My foundation arrived leaking into the package. I contacted customer service and received a friendly response almost immediately. After I sent a few photos, they arranged a replacement without any hesitation.

As well as the most beautiful products (velvet lipsticks are just so lovely!), the customer service is second to none. The team are so kind and helpful, it makes buying direct a real pleasure. There’s not one product I’ve disliked and I’m very fussy about makeup. It is high end and the price reflects that- but it’s not excessive and in my view, worth it. I only discovered her makeup recently and I’m gradually replacing all my old products with these gorgeous ones. Packaging is beautiful too!

I contacted Lisa Eldridge’s team as I was having difficulty choosing the right foundation, and the customer service I received was exceptional. Abi responded to my query incredibly quickly and thoroughly, and kindly arranged for some samples to be sent to me. They arrived promptly and were enormously helpful in making my choice.

I later contacted Abi again for advice on a few other makeup choices, and once more her response was quick, detailed, thoughtful and incredibly helpful. Throughout, she was both friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her.

It is increasingly rare to receive such genuinely first-class customer service when shopping online, and the whole experience really stood out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lisa Eldridge—not only are the products truly superb, but the customer care is every bit as impressive.

I reached out to customer service to exchange an item and the experience was absolutely flawless! Not only did I get my questions answered quickly, but the service reps were beyond kind and helpful. I will definitely purchase from the brand again!

I ordered several lipstick and lipliners. They were nicely package and arrived promptly. They arrived in perfect condition despite the intense heat going on - esp in south Florida. No melting or damage. All the lipsticks were lovely but one was more brown that I wanted to I reached out to initiate a return. They made the process SO EASY. I received a response not even 10 minutes later! Usually I have to wait days with most businesses. We discussed and they said instead of sending it back, I can gift it to someone and they'll issue a refund. Customer service was five stars. T=They respond quickly and genuinely want to make it right. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely be purchasing from them again. Thank you Gemma for your help.

When I experienced an issue with the eyeliner I had ordered, the customer service team responded very promptly and helpfully.

Lisa Eldridge has probably the best customer support team I've come across. The team went above and beyond to make sure to make sure there was some kind of resolution I'd be happy with. You can tell this company cares about quality for both people and product :)

LE's team was truly so amazing, prompt, helpful and professional! I am amazed and have never experienced customer service like this before.

Olivia helped me pick a new lipstick color with many helpful swatches of the shades I was interested in, in varying lighting conditions. Olivia issued a replacement shade immediately, and also sent an e-gift card for the other shade that didn't work right away.

I can't shop LE products in person, so having an amazing customer service experience when products don't work out is not taken lightly--I'm so grateful!

I absolutely love Lisa Eldridge makeup! It’s super great quality and looks and feels like a dream. I needed customer support with a recent order and the customer service team responded very quickly and was super helpful!

Amazing customer service experience by Philippa and the rest of the team, matching the beautiful LE products and Lisa's warmth and professionalism. I contacted the team on a few occasions in the last few months and they were very speedy in their response and most effective. I contacted Lisa's customer services team requesting advice on foundation shade. I sent photo and Louise replied immediately offering to send me 4 sample shades. I asked if I could receive them in shade card format as I have arthritic fingers, not easy to grip.
Louise sent lovely email explaining samples would be in small bottles and she would ask team not to screw lids too tightly.
