Besides the stunning products the customer service is just, well, the best! The ladies at Lisa Eldridge really take care of their customers like it was back in the day. I had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately and with a person! NOT AI. It’s kind of customer service and product that makes for a lifetime customer.

Absolutely incredible service from Louise (and all the customer service). I submitted a selfie as I was interested in the seamless skin tint but as a non foundation wearer, I wasn't sure of the colour. Well, when I tell you it's the EXACT match to my skin, honestly I'm blown away. Not only that, but the skin tint is so beautiful. It's lightweight, buildable and just does exactly what it claims to do, evens out skin tone without feeling like foundation. Also, it's very easy to put on. I'm of an age where age spots and marks are becoming and issue and this has absolutely boosted my confidence no end. The makeup is high quality and packaged beautifully too, I will be adding more to my collection very soon!

I can't say enough good things about the quality of products and customer support team. Everything is on par for the quality you would expect from Lisa.

So pleased with all the products I have ordered. I have followed Lisa for years and finally decided to order a selection of her products. The quality is amazing, I was worried about ordering online without seeing the actual products but there’s so much guidance as well as her video available to help you choose shades. The team are also fantastic, they sent me out samples of the foundation to check I was ordering the correct shade as well as replacing one of the items that was damaged during transport without hesitation. Will definitely be ordering more products from this brand!

Products are fantastic, customer service is wonderful. Anytime there have been issues with delayed shipping or I've had a question, all of the customer service has been top notch, respectful, lovely and SO kind. I had a wonderful experience with Lisa Eldridge’s Customer Care team. One of the eyeshadows in my order arrived completely shattered, with powder spread throughout the parcel and over the other products.

I contacted Customer Care and they responded with such kindness and professionalism. They immediately arranged for my entire order to be reshipped by Express Shipping and even included a beautiful Luxury Liberty Beauty Bag as an apology.

My order got stuck in Kentucky then sent back to the UK and it just took a few emails with an excellent customer service rep to get my order resent to the right address. Best customer service experience I’ve ever had!

There is nothing else on the market like Lisa Eldridge's cosmetics. They are thoughtfully created, genuinely high quality ingredients and straight up beautiful. The customer service is out of this world, they are truly fabulous. If there has ever been a concern or question on my end they promptly reply and they always exhibit professionalism, pride in their product and actually care about the consumer and do everything on their end to ensure that my questions and or concerns were addressed in a timely manner. This brand and the people who work for the brand are so far above any other cosmetic company, they should be proud of what they have created and supported together in their various roles. I can't wait for their next release it's always fun and something to look forward to. The Marylin Monroe collection was stunning and of course the new lipstick case made of aluminum is environmentally sustainable which is something I care deeply about and just gorgeous to look at and use. It looks like a little piece of art. Thank you so much for creating this lovely line of high end cosmetics.

She was so lovely, kind and helpful, and resolved everything so quickly and with such care. The missing item has now been ordered and will be sent out within the next few days.

I had a 5 star customer experience with Abi who helped with my shade matching! If you are unsure of what color to choose, I would highly recommend taking advantage of the help they offer in shade matching. I received an answer in under 2 hours!

Louise was so great with helping me choose my foundation shade. I had also asked about skincare recommendations for my skin type and she was so helpful with her suggestion. I always get top tier service with the Lisa Eldridge Team!

I have purchased beautiful lip colors at LE before but my last 2 were not flattering on me although the formula was lovely. I received such quick and excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase these high quality products again. If you have a problem they will take care of you.

I honestly have to say that the customer service from Lisa Eldridge has been absolutely incredible.

I initially contacted the team because I was struggling to find the right Skin Tint shade for my undertone. The sample delivery unfortunately didn’t work out because DHL informed me too late and the parcel was eventually returned.

Even though this wasn’t Lisa Eldridge’s fault at all, they were incredibly kind and helpful. They recommended the shades T1.5 and T2, sent me swatches again, and even offered to help with an exchange if the shade I ordered wasn’t 100% right for me.

I ended up ordering T1.5, and while it is unfortunately just a tiny bit too light for me, the undertone match is honestly the best I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a foundation or skin tint match my undertone like this before, and it actually helped me realise that I most likely have a slight olive undertone — something I had never been able to figure out before!

But honestly, what impressed me most was the customer service. Every single response was so quick, genuinely kind and helpful. I never once felt like I was annoying them or asking too many questions, and they went out of their way to help me at every step.

I have genuinely never experienced customer service this lovely, personal and responsive from a beauty brand before. ❤️

I have now had 2 experiences with the Lisa Eldridge counter in Selfridges & 1 with the customer service team & they were all fabulous.
I meet a great chap, Roberto who was very patient, knowledgeable & helpful & I love his product recommendations & I had great help & support from the customer support team who added on my points from Selfridges to the Lisa&Me reward program. All in all a great experience- thank you

I was very happy with the products I received except for one product which was damaged unfortunately. I massaged the customer support and never had such a fast response and problem solving, with the result being a replacement is now being sent to me.

I love Lisa and this company. It’s rare to find a founder that stays true to their mission of creating quality products that are worth our money. The customer service is fantastic. I’ve never had a product quality issue, but if there was ever a product that didn’t work well for me, or if I needed to be color matched, customer service is always there. They are quick to respond and always have a solution.

I have also been equally much impressed by the company's customer service, which really has exceeded my expectations for any customer service.
