I received a lip pencil which was sadly damaged during transit. I sent an email to the support team, not expecting to hear back until at least tomorrow morning, and a lovely lady called Charlotte responded straight away, one email to confirm a lip pencil was on its way to me, and a lovely email explaining that she had arranged a new lip pencil to be sent.
I replied back as I was concerned about returning the original pencil, and a lovely lady Olivia got back to me quickly. The whole experience was efficient, the ladies involved, were both extremely kind and helpful, a credit to the company. Thank you.

I am absolutely blown away by the customer service of the Lisa Eldridge team! In all my years of online shopping, I have never experienced such rapid, professional, and genuinely helpful support. I made a mistake with my foundation shade and reached out to change it. Since the order was already processing, they immediately put it on hold, cancelled it, and issued a refund within minutes so I could reorder the correct shade. Charlotte-Summer and the team went above and beyond. Outstanding service from a truly elite brand! Five stars are not enough!

Between my sister and I, we've purchased just about every makeup product Lisa Eldridge has created. Her makeup and skin care are beautiful products created with great integrity. But what makes my experience with this label exceptional is the unsurpassed customer service. Each and every representative I've corresponded with has been professional, warm, knowledgeable, and patient. It's the synergy (Lisa's favorite word) between the beauty of the products and the impeccable customer care that makes me come back to this label again and again.

A super-fast reply to a query, accompanied by the generous offer to replace the product. Exceptional customer service!

What a wonderful experience I have had, I ordered both skin tint and foundation which unfortunately were far too light for my complexion. I contacted customer services for help and their team are excellent. After sending a few selfies they recommended new shades to suit my skin tone. They resolved my issues super quick, which is amazing considering it was on a Sunday. To top it all off, I was not charged for my mistake! Special shout out to Abi. I have recommended Lisa Eldridge to friends and family. If you want fabulous products with an exceptional customer service, then Lisa Eldridge is the way to go.

Lisa Eldridge Makeup customer service delights at every opportunity. I had a small problem with my order and Bella from their support team fixed it for me right away with no drama or inconvenience to me.
Because of the world class customer service and the highest quality products, I would buy all my makeup exclusively from LE if I could! Please come out with a setting powder, powder foundation, and eyebrow pencil or powder and then I could do my whole face with LE makeup!!!

I cannot imagine anyone having even a remotely negative thing to say about Lisa Eldridge as a company. The quality of her brand from packaging, to product, to customer service soar far above any high end goods and services that I have ever experienced. It requires a lot of confidence to purchase cosmetics, especially complexion products, from a company that is overseas and that you cannot try on in person. I reached out to her support team on a Friday morning PST in the US and heard back from the loveliest support team, Grace and Charlotte-Summer, within an hour with such thoughtful and kind personalized recommendations regarding my pretty terrible selfie and skin tone. I almost always wait for sales and discounts but I am never disappointed when paying full price for all of Lisa Eldridge’s products. Well worth every penny and each item lasts such a long time.

What can I say besides what a friendly service Lisa and her team provides. I emailed the customer service for samples of the skin tint as my currently colour no longer matches me. To my surprise they sent me 3 samples in the post after discussing what colour would suit me. I am amazed as I am not aware of any other company who does this for their customers.

All makeup I use now is from Lisa Eldridge. Since I order online, I'm beyond grateful for her customer service team who is always so helpful, efficient and caring. I wouldn't have known which shades to choose without them. And whenever I've had an issue with any order, they've been kind enough to resolve it immediately!

Lisa's products are so versatile, no matter what type of skin one has. I've been loyal to her brand ever since she launched it, after years of enjoying her videos and learning from her. I have most of her products as I have to get my hands on any new release! I'm addicted to her tint (fantastic!), new concealer (wow!), liners, mascaras, brushes, velatura balms, and of course lip pencils (especially "sculpt and shade") and signature lippies.

First, I absolutely love the products I’ve received. The reds are so luxurious and incredibly rich in color. I’m especially excited to wear the Ribbon liner, lipstick, and gloss on my next date night 💋
