Lisa Eldridge is a wonderful make up artist, I've been following her on social medias since... I cannot remember exactly when, but a very long time ago !
And since she launched her own make up product I use her foundation and pin point concealing pen. Thezy are excellent. The range of colour is so large, finding your matching shade is easy, especially as there were samples cards available at the when the foundation was launched.
I needed a summer shade to match my summer tan, they asked for a picture and they sent me 3 samples to try at home, free of charge.
Excellent customer service team !

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Lisa’s customer service. I ordered my first foundation, but unfortunately I was buying blind and the 10% discount wasn’t being applied.
I emailed customer service and, within minutes, I received a reply. Not only did they apply the 10% discount, but they also kindly advised me that I may have chosen the wrong foundation shade.
They went above and beyond by refunding my money, allowing me to choose whether I wanted to follow their recommendation instead.
If only all companies treated their customers this way! Excellent customer service from start to finish.

When unpacking my makeup order, I noticed there was hair wrapped around the product. Naturally, I was concerned and contacted customer service simply to reassure myself that I had received a brand-new, unused and unreturned item.
The response I received was absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly kind, understanding and apologetic, and immediately reassured me that the product was new. What touched me was that they sent me a replacement straight away. I genuinely wasn’t expecting one — I had only reached out for reassurance.

I've been helped by the Lisa Eldridge customer service multiple times and have always been so happy with the results. They are very responsive and extremely thorough. Most recently I had a question about lipstick shades and they were able to steer me towards Spirited Away. It's exactly what I hoped it would be!

I genuinely get excited about every new Lisa Eldridge launch. There is something very special about the combination of beautiful design, thoughtful colours, luxurious formulas, and products that actually perform.

The Skin Enhancing Tint has become one of my absolute staples. I use it constantly and have already repurchased it several times. The Rouge Experience lipstick feels every bit as luxurious as it looks, and the mascara has quickly become my new favourite.

What I also really appreciate is the attention to detail. The packaging is beautiful, the colours feel elegant but still interesting and playful, and the quality consistently lives up to the experience.

And after my recent experience with their customer service, I have even more appreciation for the brand. They were incredibly kind, helpful and generous, and truly went above and beyond.

I had purchased a lip liner and a lip/cheek velatura balm as a gift at the Lisa Eldridge Pop Up in NYC. I realized that the gift recipient had no need for the products so I immediately contacted customer service to start a return/refund. I immediately got a response (less than 30 minutes). The representative resolved the problem by not only refunding my purchase, but also allowed me to gift or donate the products! I have never experienced better customer service care in my entire life.
