I want to highlight one thing first — Lisa Eldridge has the best customer service ever! I reached out with multiple questions and got a response very quickly. I then sent an embarrassing number of follow up questions but they were so patient and very helpful, answered all my questions promptly. The products are all obviously top notch and just wonderful: the team just makes the overall experience all the more special.
As for the products - I have a whole range of items (skin tint, pinpoint concealer pencil, eye shadow palette, liquid eyeshadows, highlighter balm, eyeliner, and a few lip products), and I have ordered the new luminist concealer along with a few brushes and eyeliners. I love every single item, I especially use the highlighter— so subtle but gives such a natural radiance! — and the skin tint, which is so beautiful it makes my skin more even while keeping everything looking just like skin. The eyeliner glides so easily, and does not budge. *chef’s kiss* I am so excited to try my new products and also add in my existing products into regular routine.
If you have not tried her products yet, definitely try them you will not look back!

Lisa Eldridge has the best customer service out there. I have been a customer since their first launch and every single time I needed help, I got more than what I could ever hoped for. Wonderful team!

I placed an order for the new concealer and brush, then realised I'd also run out of my colour corrector and wanted to try one from Lisa. As I'd spent over £90, I was hoping to add the colour corrector and get the free denim pouch too — but I was too late to amend the original order. Olivia was so helpful: she suggested I place a new order for the colour corrector and pouch, and she'd refund me the cost of the pouch so it worked out the same as if I'd hit the £90 spend in one go. It was all sorted within an hour, and I'm so happy with the brilliant, helpful team at Lisa Eldridge!

Lisa Eldridge creates the best products and she cares about people. I love that. She will push back a release date of a new product if its not 100% to her liking. I really appreciate that. I have been in contact with her customer service team multiple time for advice on products and shade matches and they respond so quickly and with great advice. There isn't one product that I have purchased that I haven't liked. I also love how inclusive her shade ranges are. Not only the skin tone, but also the undertone.

Not only their products are perfection, but their customer service is immaculate. I live in a small country in Latin America and they sent free samples of their skin tint twice to help me find my shade before buying!! In this day and age where 9 out of 10 time you speak with bots and no one seems to care about your experience as a customer, these things really make a HUGE difference. Just fantastic.

My package was lost in shipment and I reached out to customer service. They informed me they reshipped my order and even added a little makeup bag! I'm excited to recieve my new products. Customer service was very responsive and respectful!

The customer service at Lisa Eldridge is simply outstanding.
Over time, I’ve contacted the team for very different reasons: advice on foundation and Skin Tint shades based on photos, receiving samples, help with a website issue that eventually turned out to be caused on my side, and most recently a solution for a Refer a Friend reward code I could no longer find.
Every single time, the response has been quick, friendly, personal and genuinely helpful.
At a time when dealing with customer service at so many companies can be frustrating, impersonal and time-consuming, this is incredibly refreshing. And, frankly, very smart. Excellent customer service makes such a difference to how you feel about a brand.
And of course, customer service is only part of the story. I’m also genuinely impressed by the quality of the products themselves. Foundation, Skin Tint, eyeshadow palettes, mascara, lipsticks, everything I own from Lisa Eldridge feels beautifully made and consistently high quality.
It is rare for me to feel strongly enough about a company to write a review, but this one is very well deserved.
Now all we need is a Lisa Eldridge pop-up shop in the Netherlands, and then I really have nothing left to wish for. :-)

The customer service team is second to none. They get back right away, offer incredibly accurate shade matching and recommendations based on a photo. I’ve always found their shade recommendation s spot on. Plus the team members themselves are quite charming.

It was almost midnight when I contacted customer service with a question about an order I wasn’t even sure I had actually placed. Within minutes I had a reply and within an hour the issue was sorted. The product was in the post by breakfast time. Incredible. I’m a new customer and now I can’t imagine using any other cosmetics company. Great products and exceptional customer care.

I had a problem with applying a discount code, and the matter was dealt with in a very efficient and friendly way by two lovely girls from customer service. I've been ordering the products for quite a while now and have pretty much stopped buying any other make up brands. The formulas are very user friendly and forgiving and the packaging looks very luxurious.

I came to the beauty event last Sunday, I'm overjoyed with the results of my skintint. Ashleigh really helped me throughout the entire process, so patient and its clear she really cares about her clients getting the best results for themselves while taking pride in the work she does. First time buying Lisa Eldridge cosmetics and I couldn't be happier. The lipsticks and highlighter are lovely to wear. I had a slight problem with placing my order and the customer service agent Philippa was so kind and helpful. The whole experience made me want to repurchase again in the future.

I cannot recommend this brand enough!! The products are truly outstanding, the brand founder is one of the sweetest people you could ever meet (I have been lucky enough to meet her twice). Furthermore, the customer service team is by the most exemplary team I have ever experienced. Whenever I have had an issue - which have been few and entirely my error - the team is so fast, knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly. I shop the brand because it is because it is exceptional all round. But a large part of that is the experience given by the CS team.

Wonderful customer experience. I asked for a colour match for the skin tint and it was perfect. I am a beauty lover and it takes a lot to blow me away but these products have amazing formulas that are kind to my sensitive skin but also last. Lipsticks are the best I have ever tried. Love strawberry shock and Audrey. Looking forward to trying more products across the line.

I was unsure which shade I needed as there’s so many to choose from, so I messaged the customer support team and they replied very quickly and suggested I send a couple of selfies and they are sending me the shades to try….
