Absolutely excellent customer service experience..almost unreal! I got a response within 1-2 hours of sending my email request. I had ordered the wrong skin tint shade and asked how I can proceed for return. Instead of asking to return I was offered to keep it and get either refund or Giftcard. I chose the refund (and was also offered consultation to get the right shade). I had paid with Paypal, so once I said I want refund I got a Paypal refund notification 3 minutes after. I had already bought a lot of products but now I'm even more happy I did and will keep coming back.

I’ve been using various Lisa Eldridge products for a long time now, and I think they’re brilliant. The only thing that’s actually even better is Lisa’s customer service, which always responds quickly and is incredibly friendly, offering constructive and generous solutions. I’ve hardly ever experienced this with any other online shop, so I can fully recommend the brand.

Loved my appointment at the Lisa Eldridge counter in Liberty! My artist, Kathy, was brilliant—she talked me through everything she was using and gave a personalized product list so I could recreate the look at home. She made me feel completely at ease and really knew her stuff. Ended up leaving with the skin tint and foundation, and I’ll definitely be going back for the rest of the list. Highly recommend booking with Kathy if you go!

I’ve never had a shopping experience quite like I have with buying from Lisa Eldridge directly. I’ve also never tried products like Lisa Eldridge products before, both are out of this world amazing, in a way that if someone told me they were that good, I wouldn’t believe them.

I tried the skin tint over a year ago in Space NK and fell head over heels in love with it, genuinely the most beautiful product I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried a lot of luxury makeup, however nothing has ever received a perfect 10 from me- but the skin tint is a 10/10, no notes at all.

After trying the skin tint, I’ve tried other skin tints and foundations, nothing comes close to the skin finish it gives, it’s perfect and buildable. I wanted a concealer to match the performance of the tint, but everything seemed to taint the skin tint and its beautiful finish, so i’ve been using the skin tint as a buildable concealer where needed. The tint got even better when I tried shade T5, the first time I’ve ever not tried a base product that hasn’t turned pink or orange!

I’ve been searching high and low for a concealer that I love forever, specifically thinking of the word juicy, and a bit more coverage so I can turn a light base into a finished, polished look, and nothing came close to what I was looking for. Then Lisa brought out a concealer, prayers answered!!

I purchased the wrong shade direct from the Lisa Eldridge website the minute I saw an ad for it come up on instagram. I ended up reaching out to Lisa’s team about the shade, and the response was incredible. I asked if it was possible to return, and Carol spoke to Lisa and told me to keep the concealer, gift it or donate it and she would offer a refund, a gift card or a replacement that they could shade match me to.

Genuinely, the nicest, warmest response I’ve heard of from any company, Carol, Louise, Charlotte-Summer and of course Lisa have cemented me as a Lisa Eldridge loyalist for life, if I wasn’t already one! They shade matched me and have already sent out the replacement free of charge.

The luminist concealer itself is a beautiful product, and while I ordered the wrong shade, I am already in love with the finish. It’s buildable, juicy, dewy but not oily, more like skin silk, it doesn’t crease, and so much more. Holy grail concealer has finally been found, LE is a brand to be proud of, as are the products.

I continue to be amazed by the excellence of Lisa’s products and most of all, her customer service team. They are, hands down, the best in the business. They have suggested shades using photos I’ve sent them, and they are never wrong! They always get back to me quickly and on the rare occasions a product hasn’t suited me, they always find a solution. I truly appreciate all the positive, lovely experiences I’ve had with Lisa and her team. And again, the products themselves are of the highest quality. Customer for life!! :)

Absolutely incredible experience as a customer. I worked with one of the artist to try to figure out my shade in the skin tint, and when the choice arrived I felt like it just wasn't right. I could see why they had chosen it, but in different light and clothes it just looked off on some parts of my face. When I wrote to ask about a return/exchange, the team went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly the right shade. Every person I emailed with was incredibly lovely and helpful. Truly made me a loyal customer for life - I feel like they did too much to take care of me! Add to that the products themselves are beautiful, thoughtful, and a joy to use. From the box they arrive in to the final finish, you can tell how much care went into them.

Fantastic customer support! Magnificent makeup and facial care products! I love everything I have already have and will keep purchasing to get the entire collection! Last but not least- wonderful logistics!

I have just received my Eldridge products through the post. I was really upset to find that the lip and cheek balm had snapped off, it was stuck in the lid. My first thought was that it was going to be a nightmare to return. I emailed them straight away and sent photos. I couldn’t believe how quickly Gemma replied to me, it was within 25 minutes. She sent me such a lovely email and told me she would send out a new product straight away and not to bother sending the damaged one back. It was so refreshing to be believed and treated with such excellent customer care.
I also bought two liquid eyeshadows and the Marilyn Monroe balm highlighter. These products are delightfully perfect and go on like a dream. I have no hesitation about trying more products and buying from this company again. Thank you so very much Gemma for your prompt response and excellent customer care xxx

This is such a great customer service team. Firstly the response is always extremely prompt. The team are all highly trained and know the products inside out. If you ask a question you get a sensible response to the question that you have asked, rather than answering a question that they thought/would have preferred you to ask. The tone of all the team members is always friendly and non- patronising, even if I believe you might have asked a silly question! All in all it couldn't be better.

I contacted Lisa Eldridge’s customer service about my rouge experience refill arriving damaged, and wanting a replacement. They were very quick to respond, having looked at the images I provided and sent a replacement straight away! They also explained that sometimes it can happen during transit, which they apologised for.

It was an incredible experience and I feel very valued and listened to as a customer.

I’ve been following Lisa since I was a teenager - almost 15 years ago. The best thing I could do as a fan was purchasing some of her beauty products. I contacted the support team, since I live in Spain and couldn’t test them in real life. Every advice I’ve received has been impeccable and they’ve always nailed it, as well as the quality of her products. The support team are always ready and happy to help, so quickly and attentively. Both Lisa and her team are just lovely people. I’m so happy with the treatment I get from both of them and the products work so well, that now I don’t use any other brands for doing my makeup.
I am so grateful to them and Lisa’s tips and techniques, which allowed me to get beautiful makeup looks both in my gothy style and a fresh, clean and natural face look - after being used to only dramatic makeup looks.
It is worth every penny!

With Lisa Eldridge i really found the one brand i can fully trust and rely on. Quality is superb, products are so beautiful and unique. Her complexion products are just superior to anything else out there! The new cream concealer along with pinpoint concealer are officially a life saviour And last but not least she has the best customer service team out there by far. Her team is amazing. Quick to respond, very helpful and professional and always look for the best solution. Lisa and her team are just top class! My go to beloved and trusted brand.

My delivery was stolen from my porch so I can't give a review of their products. It took my a few emails explaining what happened to my order, for them to get back to me but they fix and my request for a refund was honored. This is the world we live in today. We hardly ever get to meet the vendors we purchase our things from. The human connection is gone. However, Miss Eldridge was kind enough to give this old lady back her money and for that I bless her heart. Thank you. I didn't get to try your beautiful makeup but I'm sure they'd wonderful.
