Absolutely a fantastic company. So happy with the purchase for our band and can’t wait to hang it in our studio! Extremely professional, even helped with tracking. Yes it was buried under a snow bank with the packaging barely sticking out. Even in the snow, they made sure it arrived safe and sound! Thank you with ❤️ Libricide.

I have just completed my first order. I had a little trouble on these website with a coupon that was posted. I contacted the customer service and got an immediate response from their support. They let me know the coupon should be working and to try again and let them know if I had any more problems. I went ahead and completed the order, and the coupon worked perfectly. The Support staff then sent me a proof of my order. I asked for a couple of small adjustments to which they replied immediately and said they were on it. I then received the revised proof, which was perfect, and let them know that I loved it. I have not received the order yet, but if their work is anything like their support, I know it will be amazing. If you were wondering whether or not to order from Limeandlou, my recommendation is to reach out to them and let them know your concerns. They will respond quickly and will answer all of your questions with kindness and respect. I’m not sure I’ve ever dealt with customer service this wonderful. I cannot wait to receive my order and be able to give my girlfriend this one of a kind gift. Truly amazing experience thus far.

I ordered the “Pop Your Memories” canvas in large for Valentine’s Day, and my experience with Lime & Lou was amazing. The ordering process is simple and customer focused. After placing my order, I appreciated the clear information that wall art takes up to 5 business days to produce once the order is placed, but they ensure the art is to your liking before final production. Although you pay upfront, you can trust the process, as you are updated throughout each step.
To my surprise, I received a notification within 48 hours that my art was ready for review! Upon checking the link, I was amazed by the quality. You have the option to request edits, which I did for a specific feature of my partner's face (her adorable dimples). I received a prompt response the next day with the edited version, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. Just 24 hours later, my second preview was perfect! I approved it immediately, and they proceeded with production.
This will be an amazing gift for Valentine’s Day, especially since I’m in Australia and my partner is in the USA, so they deliver globally another bonus. I’ll definitely be ordering a second print! I regularly vet online companies prior to ordering from them, and Lime & Lou stands out as a genuine business with excellent product quality and customer service. Highly recommended!

Lime and Lou have been nothing less than amazing!! I purchased an oil canvas for my wife post us losing our family dog Wilma. Upon receiving my piece, I raised a couple of concerns with the team around clarity of the picture, despite this being somewhat of an error on my part they so kindly and graciously offered to redo the whole thing for me. The service and genuine care for my thoughts and asks was truly awesome! Thank you Lime and Lou for making my wife’s Xmas and making the whole experience with you spectacular. I always read comments before ordering something and yes, I read through all the comments that weren’t so positive and I have to be honest, many of them were about shipping timeline. If you order something so close to one of the busiest holidays and expect to get it by Christmas..well then you’re a procrastinator. Stop blaming other people for poor planning. Anyways, I’ve had an amazing experience with Limeandlou and even better experience with their customer service. I ordered the album art for my dad and it was truly perfect. He loves it and hung it up in his home office as soon as he opened it. Highly recommend!!

Spectacular! The product is not only unique and well presented, the quality is very good, but the customer service is the best. Due to a communication error, my order arrived with a mistake, which they handled very kindly and sent me a completely new and corrected replacement at no additional cost. They took care of everything, and that's why I am recommending them 100%.

i was a bit dubious about using this site as it was advertised on social media. But honestly they have created a great masterpiece of a picture of me and my partner.
i needed to make some alterations and there customer service was very responsive and couldnt of helped any more if they tried.
also delivered on a time limit to take to my partner in another country.
couldnt be happier

If it looks as nice as it appears. I think this is a fabulous idea.
