In a time of identity theft, narcissistic, brainwashing, personal information, data thieves, I have lost part of my soul I feel at times, when I think of purchasing something on the internet.

I flat out, don't want to be a victim of any more over marketed, scams, or identity theft, (been there before:()

We now talk to robots, not people, & wonder why women have become products, cheap lust replaced true love, & companies just need a tick tock video to sell fake things, with fake reviews, just to steal your privacy, data, & leave you with an empty wallet, soul, & a brainwashed mind.

The vertical portrait I ordered is of my furry granddaughter, Molly. Molly left us on Halloween. The portrait is a gift to her mom, my daughter, as an everlasting tribute to Molly wherein she is holding her favorite blanket in her mouth, which she often did. The portrait is amazing and caught the very essence of Molly.
Initially, there was a problem with my order which I share in the fault. However, Lime & Lou staff resolved the problem. I am submitting a positive review for both the final product and the helpful service from Lime & Lou staff in resolving my issue.
Their products are absolutely amazing. You will not be disappointed. Most of all my daughter was so happy to see the memorializing portrait of Molly, which will have a special place in her home. Thank you LIME & LOU for providing such a wonderful service and for your outstanding employees.

The customer service has been amazing! They send a proof foe you to see and make edits if you choose. I wanted to change a few things and within a day they had followed all of my instructions and sent me a second proof that I loved. My first order was for my son to give his girlfriend for Valentines Day and he loved it so much I ordered one for him to have. I forgot to change the color of the frame before I approved the proof. Luckily it was still in production and they were able to make the change so it will be perfect. They are very very accommodating when they can be. The picture is better then expected!

I ordered a lesser known song by Bon Jovi. I was so happy with the outcome! Seeing the lyrics makes me smile every time I see it! Processing and shipping was fast, even with the holiday time! I'll be using this company again for gifts for friends!

The web-site was easy to navigate, placing my order and being able to preview it was so helpful in making my decision to order and the cherry on top of the ice cream was how carefully it was packaged for shipping ! Impressive all around.

I had seen this product on Instagram and thought it was really clever. I am somewhat leery of products sold on Instagram, but I took a chance as I had the perfect picture to use. And I’m so glad I did. It turned out perfect and made for a great gift for my husband! Add that to great customer service, and I would highly recommend this product to anyone who might be even somewhat interested.

That is how I would describe the Lime &Lou company and their amazing customer service. From the very first time I started working with their company, just asking a question, I was treated with respect and they made me feel that my question really mattered to them.
Every email and question I had, was answered quickly, and they were very thorough with their answers.
I ordered an item for my grandson, which was a special order, and I got concerned that it would not make it here in time for Christmas Eve. I emailed them asking if they could give me an update on my order. They upgraded my shipping at no cost to me and the package arrived on time.
The item was amazing! The quality and workmanship were top of the line. My grandson and the whole family were so very happy and impressed.
As wonderful as the item was there was a difference in what appeared and what I thought I had ordered. I again emailed the support staff asking if I had made a mistake on the order or if I had misunderstood something. The very next day I received an email from the support team, telling me that a free remake of my order would be done, with the changes, and sent out free of charge. I am more than happy and excited about the remake with the change. I can’t wait until it arrives.

I bought this a wedding gift and it turned out so amazing! It is such a great gift! I highly recommend.

We love our keepsake! I got it for my husband but our daughter cried when she saw it, so really it’s a gift for all of us!

Product was great!!! It did however lie about it's shipping timeframe...was promised to arrive before Christmas, but that was not accurate, they did however refund my $30 shipping fee , that I appreciated. Overall the quality of the gift was 10 out of 10!!!
