This is AI generated art and I know with demand sometimes things happen. But there should never be extra fingers on hands and that’s what was the dead giveaway for me. For one the art does not look like me nor my partner but for sure does not resemble me. Also the extra fingers on the hand and actually send a product out this way… where is the quality control? Epic Fail
Had an "unforeseen delay" at their workshop right before Valentine's Day. Then, when the item was finally shipped, the company did not upgrade shipping to arrive in time. It's now scheduled to arrive four days after Valentine's Day. This is a completely unserious business on one of their critical holidays. Avoid.

I’m sorry to read your review and I completely understand how disappointing this must feel, especially with Valentine’s Day involved. You were counting on this arriving on time, and I truly regret the stress this situation has caused.
I have just checked the tracking again and I can see that your package is already in close to the final delivery stage. The tracking page has not fully updated yet, but based on its current location it is very likely to be delivered today or tomorrow. I know the estimate shown earlier was later, but carriers often adjust this once the parcel reaches the local facility.
I am keeping a close eye on this and sincerely hope it reaches you in time. I have also sent you a private message so I can personally follow up and make sure this is handled properly.

No proof until after you pay
Make sure you understand you will not see a proof until after you have paid, and make sure you pay attention that you know the sizes. All their promos are for full size frames, yet you may end up with a small one like I did!

I’d like to clarify a few points for transparency. Your design preview was provided after purchase and before production, and we only moved forward with production after you approved the final design.
Regarding the size, the dimensions selected during checkout determine the final artwork size and price. A size guide with exact measurements is clearly shown on the product page before ordering, and your order was placed for a 9x12 framed canvas, which matches what was produced. While some examples show larger sizes for inspiration, all available sizes and prices are listed prior to purchase.
That said, I genuinely appreciate your feedback and understand that expectations didn’t fully align this time. If you have any remaining questions, I’m always happy to help via email.

I hated going thru this process. I can't see what my final photo might look like AND I needed to constantly click pop-ups trying to sell me something else. I've already started receiving spam from giving them my email. I hate it here.

They say on the website “after purchase…
They say on the website “after purchase you can see an example” this is not true. How do you know which pic would look best? They have no number for customer service only drop downs for things that don’t address concerns. Regret this purchase.
Great response, but that is not what your website says, and I have sent your customer service which is very limited two messages with all details. You responded quicker to a negative review than you did through your customer service.

After purchase, every order does receive a personal design preview — however, this preview is created manually by one of our designers, not generated instantly or by AI. Because of that, it’s sent once the artwork has been prepared, usually within 48 hours. This creation time is already included in the delivery estimate, and nothing ever goes into production without your approval.
I’m also sorry if our website messaging wasn’t clear enough about this timing, and that you felt our customer service response was slower than expected. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide.
