Do not order from this company!!! I was guaranteed an item for Valentine’s Day which was ordered well in advance. I am still waiting on it and the company response is they will give me my shipping fee back, which was free fyi. Poor customer service is an understatement. I would have given 0 stars is I could.

Not only do Limeandlou have unique and quality home decor, but they have great communication and customer service. I have received several check ins w them, asking about my satisfaction. They also send a preview of the product, so that you can revise before production. Great company! I will use them again, nobody like them in the marketplace!

The product they sent was really high quality, I bought it for two separate gifts and am really happy with it. More than that, customer service went above and beyond to overnight one of them to make sure it got to us on time, and making adjustments for us on the proofs. Thank you and will order again

I ordered a Valentine’s Day gift well in advance based on the delivery timeframe advertised on the company’s website, which stated the item would arrive before the holiday. Unfortunately, it did not arrive in time, leaving me without a gift for my wife on an important occasion.
While shipping delays can happen, customers rely on the delivery promises made at checkout. Advertising delivery dates that are not met is extremely disappointing, especially when the purchase is time-sensitive and costly.
I regret not purchasing locally and will likely avoid ordering from companies that make delivery promises they cannot keep. This experience was a major letdown.

VERY disappointed. I ordered a Valentine's gift a week ago and it was guaranteed to arrive 1 to 2 days before Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day is tomorrow and UPS hasn't even received my package yet. There's no customer service number so I reached out via email and in response to not receiving my $85 gift on time they sent me a 50% off coupon. I'm still waiting on a resolution but regardless will not have my Valentine's Day gift to give tomorrow on which is also my birthday.

I ordered a portrait for my husband for Valentine’s Day. The first one that was sent to me did not capture the background of the original picture, which for me was important. I contacted the company with my concerns, they sent another proof for me to approve with the requested background, and that was exactly what I had in mind. Communication was great and I am very happy with my purchase!!! Definitely recommend

Had a special gift made for my son after his dog died, and Lime & Lou were very responsive and accommodating to a last minute change. Very excited to surprise him with this gift!

Not worth the 118 dollars for a hoodie with embroidery. Packing was horrible and the materials seems not worthy of 20$.

I order one piece and was so impressed with just the preview that I ordered a second piece right away. I did change the picture on the 2nd order and was extremely pleased with how quickly, professionally and completely my request was handled by the customer service folks that were involved. I will be ordering more art work in the not to distant future.

This art is just entirely AI. Do not purchase the paintings. I figured with the price tag it would potentially be a bit rushed, but I am extremely disappointed with the lack of quality. I wanted to give my girlfriend something nice for Valentine’s Day, and now I have to find a way to make something for her myself. Extremely disappointed. Save yourself the money and do NOT purchase.
